"He is very polite and professional. He takes his time to ensure that his work and services provided are done correctly and with great quality. He can do just about anything you ask him to. He is knowledgeable in all areas of carpentry, and most areas of handyman type services. For me personally, he has rebuilt walls in my home, hung drywall and finished them for painting. He has also painted rooms in my home. He has installed a new sliding glass door. He taken down wallpaper and paneling and added texture to some of the walls. He has installed a tray style ceiling in my basement. He has finished unfinished rooms in my basement. He also installed a new roof for me as well, which included taking the old roof shingles and boards off and reinstalling them as well as re-installing new material. He has also installed a new toilet in my hall bath as well as many more odd and end smaller tasks around my home. All of his work is beyond compare.show more

"The young man came in and he was in the house for 5 or 6 hours and went thru the whole house spraying and putting those cups down. He told me he would be back to pick those little cups up and he did. He questioned me extensively about whether I had seen anything crawling around and I hadn't. He talked to me the whole while he was here explaining everything and telling me what to look for and when I could clean the cabinets and put my dishes and everything back in. He told me how long to wait so we did and then I ran the dishwasher twice for each load. I feel pretty safe. Every once in a while I will run across those little cups and throw them in the trash. Terminix said that they considered themselves finished but they would come back any time I call. He seemed to be a very professional young man and he has been doing this job for quite a while he said. They told me they would contact me when it was time to come back and check. show more

"We hired Luis Carrasco of Arbors and Patios to replace the walkway and front porch at our house in January 2021. We chose him because he had done a good job laying pavers in our rear patio a few years ago. This time we wanted decorative concrete and a larger porch. His crew began the job in early February, removing the old concrete, laying forms and pouring concrete for two sets of steps, a new path and the porch. Unfortunately, winter storms delayed the staining and completion of the project until early March. We were satisfied with the results except for one mistake -- a large, shoe-shaped stain on the sidewalk by the walkway. The stain could not be washed off or erased. Two months later, in mid May, a large crack appeared above the steps, crossing the entire width of the walkway. We were concerned that it might grow larger so we asked Luis to have someone seal the crack. Despite assurances by e-mail that he would send a crew to take care of it, nothing happened for weeks. At last, on June 24, while we weren't home, someone from Arbors and Patios applied a filler. The work was not perfect (the crack is still noticeable on one side) but we were satisfied.show more
