This company deserves a diamond certification. We were serendipitous in finding Aesthetic Elements Construction after another contractor we hired unfortunately had to back out of our two room, one bathroom addition construction project. AEC didn't simply start complete the project, they rapidly transformed our house into a residence worthy of being featured within the pages of an magazine. The crew (they became more akin to friends after the project was completed) was timely, punctual, and attentive to details that could have been easily missed, and even provided recommendations when we looked blankly at certain areas of the project and said "ohmygodwhatdowedo." The project manager, Alejandra, was readily responsive at every minutae of a request we asked her. She visited the site regularly and oversaw the project with unparalleled professionalism and finesse. The project was finished with amazing alacrity. The occasionaly unforseen circumstances were handled creatively, and at minimal cost. They are flexible in working with your budget as well. I cannot recommend this company more. We intend to use AEC for future project

SOD Home Group
SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing. The best part was that they did an excellent job of finishing including flooring, painting, etc. They were very responsive to fixing minor touch-ups even after we had moved in. I was impressed with his work and decided to hire him to work on a home addition gor one of my projects. They started in November, and completed a week ago. They built 300 sad which included bathroom and kitchen in a in law unit. Very professional and very nice people. I will hire them in the future

We decided to expand and rebuild our old house and chose Bay Remodels for this project. They added a second floor to our house, made a new facade, balconies and interior redevelopment. Bay Remodels have done a great job to remodel our old house and build an addition to it. All in all the transformation Bay Remodels did was remarkable! We were so pleased with the remodeling job that David, and his team did on our home addition. Over only 5 months, the team built an absolutely beautiful, windowed family room and powder room first-floor addition with a spacious, light-filled basement bedroom underneath. Although not the least expensive option out there, we were glad we chose them for the quality of the design and construction, as well as the customer service experience we received. Throughout the duration of our project we received thoughtful, timely written and in-person updates. As issues arose (and, really, only minor issues came up), they were dealt with quickly, professionally, and within budget. We felt comfortable with all team members that were onsite, and were able to live through a major renovation with relatively minimal disruption to our everyday lives. The project wrapped up ahead of time, on budget, and better than we expected - what else can we ask for? We needed to have an addition for our house that will have a large closet, walk-in shower and extra storage in our master bedroom. Rosegold Builders was able to deliver what we wanted and asked for. They were very professional and flexible while giving us many great ideas and suggestions in order to make sure that we will get more than what we want and mainly within our budget. The daily working teams were very nice people who really gave more than they should to this project and they were very nice to all of us while they were working during the duration of the remodeling project. Due to some weather issues, the remodeling project was delayed but we didn’t have a dead line that we wanted it to be finished and Rosegold builders extended their work in order to fix the walls in the master bedroom. We are very happy with the new master bedroom looks now. It came out very beautiful and functional to use but also with extra storage space that we wanted and lighting features. We would hire Rosegold Builders again for any type of future projects

Terry Wilson Construction
Terry and his crew which he has been working with for several years remodeled our kitchen and then came back two years later to construct a new bathroom and bedroom for us. He worked with us to do our own design work but he can also work with designers. Terry is very experienced and will give you a flat rate so that you can count on the amount you will spend for your project. He is cost-conscious in smart ways but does not compromise quality. And his rates are very reasonable. We were going to reface our kitchen cabinets with Home Depot until we met Terry and he said that he could install NEW cabinets floors lighting and countertops for the same price. And he delivered. He is honest thoughtful and personable and has integrity and follows through until the end. Everyone whom I have referred him to has been very happy with his work. We universally get compliments on the work he did for us. His Contractor license number is 839160B

It went much better than I anticipated The provider developed a good rapport with the city inspectors he was able to schedule inspections very quickly (sometimes over the holidays as well). Whenever we faced any hurdles, he would come up with quick solutions. For instance, we had an issue with rerouting sewer lateral and the provider found a work around and quickly worked with the city to get the approval and make forward progress. Being a structural engineer, the provider has a lot of insight into what is needed and what is not structurally and it was very useful to me when the structure was coming up

Excellent - Javier and team were very attentive and the whole project went smoothly. We were able to live in the property through-out the entire time (7 months) even with a 2 year old. Javier made sure the property was cleaned daily and even constructed a make-shift bedroom for us to add to the comfort value. We added a bathroom onto the back of the house. Sunnyvale Construction was recommended to us. Huge benefit having Jake be able to draw up the plans! He had some great ideas, and really listened to what we wanted. We had him install a walk in tub for my mom. They had never done it before, but Jake and his crew researched and consulted the manufacturer, and we are very happy with the outcome. Our original tub was delivered broken, and Jake recommended going with a larger size, and led us to a showroom with many to choose from. So glad we did! The job was finished, in record time, and we are loving it

Baron Construction & Remodeling Co
If you are thinking of hiring Baron Construction (Mike, Or, David) to do any major work - think twice! The company is a complete disaster and incompetence. They don't understand architectural or structural plans or even care about doing so. Their approach is to sign you up for a high-premium contact, and then hire low-cost subcontractors and provide zero supervision to any work. After the project starts, they will drag it as much as they can, making 9 months project last for 2 years! In the meantime, they will try to charge you 50x for simple plywood here and there. Don't bother. Take your money somewhere else where you will get quality, communication, and responsibility
