"The cleaning professional dusts, vacuums, scrubs, etc.! They bring their own products and vacuum. I lay out clean sheets for the beds, which they change also. Sometimes, they'll even through the dirty sheets in the laundry as they are working! The bathroom and kitchen cleaning is my personal least favorite household task, and I think they really turn out great after they clean. I'm also impressed at their detail with book shelves and knick-knacks which they will move to dust around. A couple times, they missed the basement rec room, and the floors have sometimes been sub-par. Now, I write a note next to my payment to remind them of those things and a few other special/new requests I want to be sure are addressed. Cheri in the office is very responsive. She calls after the first cleaning for feedback and has called again later when a newer employee came for the month. They will work with you to have a consistent time or flexible time of day. Prices are based more on square footage than number of hours worked. The initial cleaning or one-time option is a higher price than the ongoing options.
