"The man came to measure went well, the installers were good. The salesman was good however he did not show me a cut away of the door or actually present any samples of the track. Just pictures and what can you tell from a picture??? The price was okay as I was anxious to get the door in before cold weather so bought it mainly for the pricing and thinking I would get in in about 6 weeks. It was 4 months and COLD when finally installed. The installation went well and only about 90 minutes. However after it was in I find out how terrible the threshold is. The track stands up about 1/2". You easily catch your toe on it, also stepping on the track your foot has no support. There is no raised panel to make the threshold even so you aren't' stepping right on the raised slide that the door slides on. Like stepping on a stick and again...you can trip on it easily. Also it was just a dual glass, not triple glas door. Hence the cheapness of it. I would never recommend Wasco for doors. Thumbs down all the way. When you buy cheap you get cheap so go for a better quality upper end door.show more

"In 2019, we had our roof replaced. I appreciated the straightforward, interview process. Terri's suggestions were right on. The job proceeded on schedule and Terri visited the site regularly. Terri listened to any questions or concerns promptly and respectfully. His crew was conscientious, considerate and skilled. Our home had complicated flashing issues, as we have irregular lannon stone. This was where craftsmanship and care really showed through. In 2020 we needed 14 new windows. After researching extensively, I determined that the best windows are worthless, if the install is not done with expertise. So, we turned to Terri. He guided us to a good window company choice and good window-style solutions. Again, he was on site routinely. His installers, Keith and Ron, come with decades of experience, and pride in their work. We love our new windows and have just contracted for 2 new garage windows. Terri's prices are very reasonable, especially when you realize that you get peace of mind, in addition to a significant improvement to your home.show more

"Erick Kurber is a perfectionist. &nbsp;As are all the people he works with, from electricians to plumbers. &nbsp;He has worked on 3 separate projects over the last two years, and has done a fantastic job. <br /> Job 1. <br /> Remodel garage. <br /> I own a 1950's older ranch style home. &nbsp;I wanted a modern garage for my sports cars. &nbsp;Something finished, drywalled, insulated, painted, with modern cabinets and workspace to service my vehicles. &nbsp;I wanted to increase the lighting with both recessed as well as main&nbsp;fluorescent lighting. &nbsp;Erick accomplished all of this. &nbsp;He was able to demo the previous garage, insulate all the walls, create ceiling with attic space, insulate it, drywall all the walls, install a high insulation garage door, and install high efficiency windows. &nbsp;The floor is now a granite overlay that simulates bluestone tiles, and the modern cabinets are powder coated for durability. &nbsp;Recessed lights, and recessed T8 fluorescent lights were custom placed flush with the ceiling drywall. &nbsp;Appropriate attic vents were placed, and attic access was created. &nbsp;Finally new access door was installed to my car port outside. &nbsp;Beautiful. <br /> Incredible job. <br /> Job 2. <br /> I loved the windows in my garage so much, that I asked him to replace the remaining 7 windows in my house - I went from single pane + storm windows to high efficiency windows. &nbsp;Excellent fit and finish. &nbsp;Perfect fit, finish, trim and caulk. <br /> Job 3. <br /> Later in the year, I asked Erick to come back and refinish my basement. &nbsp;My basement had a previous DIY finish with glued studs and drywall. &nbsp;Everything was demo'ed. &nbsp;He discovered bowing of the basement walls, which was contracted out for repair. &nbsp;Again, the folks he works with are professional and meticulous. &nbsp;Basement walls were insulated, floor had a granite overlay placed, and a kitchenette area was created. &nbsp;A very clean, modern look for an older Brookfield home. <br /> No hesitation to use him again (as I have done so three times already over the last year.) <br /> If you are looking for someone to do a quality job on your home, and you have high expectations, Erick Kurber would be an excellent choice. <br />show more

"Before hiring All City for our new roof and window needs, we had little prior contractor experience, so we were nervous with what to expect.
