A third party came in to mud the drywall and sand down. Dylan finished installing electric outlets, replaced door/frame and painted. Completed prior to Thanksgiving as requested. - PBA Home SidingHigor and Carlos are the best! Extremely nice, down to earth and professional. They are men of their word- originally I was quoted an extremely reasonable amount for new siding pre-pandemic. After some thinking and saving, I decided it would be most efficient to get new windows and gutters as well during the siding project. I reached back out to Higor and he honored my original siding quote when factoring in the windows and gutters even though material prices had gone up after the pandemic hit. Once the crew came out they discovered that my original siding had basically been nailed to wooden beams on the sides of my house. Higor had the crew essentially rebuild the sides of my house before attaching the siding so it would be more sturdy and better insulated. Overall the project didn't take as long as expected and my house looks absolutely amazing. It is like night and day! I went from having the shabbiest house on the block to one the the sleekest. Not to mention the winter is much more bearable with proper windows and siding. PBA is by far the most cost effective, trustworthy and hard working home improvement company you can find. You won't regret giving these guys a call

"Went very well. Bob arrived as expected, was very professional. As the opening was not standard it took him a few hours to get the doors to fit properly but was done to perfection. However, when I painted the doors the trim swelled up and prevented the doors from closing, but No Worries as I call Bob and he came out the same day and fixed the problem. Overall job well done and at a reasonable price. Will call him for future projects !!!! 5 Star rating !!!
