I've had the pleasure of having Akilah & her team at I Dream of Cleaning LLC clean my home for several years now. She is always eager, happy, and a joy to be around. She shows up on time, and communicates regularly for updates and reminders about my upcoming cleanings. I can truly say she is more than just a housekeeper, she's like family! She always has a positive attitude and she does a wonderful job every time she cleans! She goes beyond expectations and her attention to detail is most impressive. I highly recommend Miguel and his team. His communication when scheduling a cleaning is terrific, and he is VERY thorough. He usually comes with a little crew, who leave my apartment looking incredible in just a couple of hours for a very good price. They wear masks and are conscious of all COVID best practices. $75 per man-hour for outrageously bad cleaning (or non-cleaning) plus bad management at no additional charge. I paid in advance to have a very small apartment cleaned. I am an out of state landlord so I had to trust that they finished the job. Several days later I was sent the pictures by someone else viewing the apartment showing that apartment had not been cleaned. I called management and they said that they "didn't finish" because it was more difficult than they expected. If that was true, then why didn't they call me immediately upon arrival and tell me that it would take more? They offered a slight refund and billed my card immediately after my complaint. They immediately sent me a link and tried to get me to leave my bad review on their system, perhaps so they could hide my complaint, but I insisted on posting these to the web. If your cleaning or your money or getting some sort of respect is important to you, my recommendation and review is "don't use GreenSweep." Three women came for appointment, two were left to do the job, but they do not understand English, and we were not able to communicate. After that I called Astrid to schedule second appointment, but told that cleaning women needs to be trained better. Astrid responded that one of the women worked for her for 15 years and fully trained (still does not understand English?), and than cancelled second appointment under false pretend that women were not comfortable with us. They were fantastic — we hadn’t had the place deep cleaned in a while, but they were able to make our apartment look brand-new. They arrived on time and, especially considering what a thorough job they did, were able to complete their work quite quickly. They were quick to respond. When my husband and I went upstairs and saw their work, the windows were beautifully cleaned, the rugs were beautifully cleaned, the apt. was beautifully cleaned, it was sanitized, and it smelled good. They were outstanding workers. They completed the work in less time than they expected. We were so thrilled with their professionalism. They even identified some problems we were having with our plumbing, so now we know we need to get someone to come fix our plumbing problems. They were very pleasant and courteous. Vanda came to give me an estimate. Once I agreed on the price, she sent someone out. She has come to my house once. She did a great job and she brings her own equipment and supplies. The price was not bad. I am going to have her come every 2 weeks. She charged $85 for the first cleaning and it will be $65 per visit thereaftershow more

Luis and his wife were AMAZING cleaners! We moved into a new sublet that really needed a DEEP clean, much more than what we'd prepared for. They were able to come out on short notice and went ABOVE & BEYOND, moving all furniture including beds and bed frames in order to deep clean under, above and around all surfaces, no stone was un-turned. They went to town on the kitchen and bathrooms in such a way that the Apt was left quite literally like NEW! Plus were extremely polite, thoughtful and kind-hearted, even arranging books and other items in a way you would normally find in Hotel resort level detailing. We were so grateful. They did such a stellar job and soooo worth it, we immediately agreed to bring them back on a regular basis for maintenance and up keep! These are the BEST cleaners you will find!
