"We hired Yoel based on a recommendation from our neighbor. He wasnâ t the cheapest bid. However, we trusted our neighbor and we went with him. We are so happy that we did. He showed up on time every day that he said that he and his crew were coming. Anyone who was in our house was working unless they were having lunch. He found some issues with our floorboard by the dishwasher that had rotted. His team showed us and they fixed it quickly. He was easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job on demo and kitchen cabinet install and our new laminate flooring install. He asked us to inspect things and let him know if anything needed adjusted. We found a few things we wanted done and he came back 4 days later and adjusted them. We decided to go with him after the project to paint the whole house. Again not the cheapest bid, but they bought the paint, showed up when they said, cleaned it all as if they had never been there. We donâ t have anymore big projects to do, but we hear from our neighbors that he has done small projects for them. We will definitely use York again. He is professional, punctual and pays attention to detail. "

"they had the lowest bid. i have several rental properties and i usually do not hire the cheapest. but this time they are the cheapest and best available based on experience and references. i broke my big post holding the s second floor, so there is no room for mistakes. they finished the siding for no additional cost. They also used the best and most expensive wood, which is included in the price, which is the redwood-we did not even talked about it-- i was so impressed with their work i voluntarily added $30 to their charge. They basically do everything, so will be my permanent contractor"
