"TruGreen charged my credit card before providing the service. Apparently I was supposed to be put on the schedule, but that part got overlooked. When I called TruGreen, 6 days after they charged me, they acted quickly to correct the mistake. Two days later the service was done. The man who showed up did a GREAT job of aerating my lawn, even got a tight spot that has always been difficult for us! I will have them back for that reason. Though in future I will voice my expectation that they do not charge me until the service is complete."
