"Scheduled a visit to provide a free bid and arrived on time. Followed up the day before to confirm the visit. Very professional and didn't make any promises he wasn't sure of. Suggested a solution to my issue and the solved it completely. This is the first time I had work done by them and I would recommend then for construction work. Service: Repair flooring"

"Flooring project was done fast and efficient. The job was a little more difficult then most due to the fact I was living in the place the flooring was being installed and all items in the rooms needed to be removed. It was very easy working with them to time this so I could have the rooms cleaned out and flooring done with out anytime downtime in-between. I would recommend Peter Lagoe for any flooring project needed."

"I can't think of enough good things to say about the excellent service and work done by Darrel at Citywide Construction. He is more than a master craftsman, he is an artist. The results of the refurbishing of my hardwood floor far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Citywide."

Laminate floors combine convenience with aesthetically appealing designs for homeowners on a budget. If you need a new floor, then you might want to consider laminate because it's easy to clean, comes in a variety of styles, and often comes with a layer of protection to prevent scratches and scuffs that damage other materials.
A laminate floor needs to be installed properly to prevent future issues, such as tiles or boards warping. The process involves ripping up the old floor, placing an underlayment, and installing in the new pieces of laminate to form a complete surface. Over 2/3 of today's laminate is click-lock glueless style, however some materials still require gluing.
For many people, installation is not a DIY job. To find laminate floor installers near you, enter your zip code. HomeAdvisor will connect you with prescreened services in your area.
