1. Proposed services and goods shall comply with the VK Terms of Service and Russian legislation, particularly Rules for Remote Sale of Goods and Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights". 

2. Goods shall be delivered within the whole territory of Russia (or within the territory of the store's main country). 

3. Appendix shall contain information about payment rules, product delivery and return. When selling a service, appendix shall contain information about service provision rules. 

4. Appendix shall include contact details of the organization/seller (support phone/email). Legal entities shall specify their address. 

5. To ensure maximum protection for users, payments via SMS and subscriptions are prohibited. Other payments are accepted only via approved payment options. See the full list at: Approved Payment Options. 

6. The following shall not be sold in VK stores applications: 

6.1. Services concerning activities prohibited by VK Administration. Page hacking, promotion of groups and events, boost of Like counters, spam mailing, sale of votes/rating, etc. Any program, automated scripts that collect information on VK site and/or interact with VK site. 

6.2. Pharmaceutical products, medical products and equipment, health care products, medical and recreational services. 

6.3. Any service of astrologers, psychics, healers, foretellers, "white" and "black" wizards. 

6.4. Any alcoholic [1] (incl. beer) and tobacco products [2], smoking accessories (incl. electronic cigarettes) [3], services of companies that manufacture such products. 

6.5. Adult products (sexual goods, medicines for sexual potency increase, condoms, etc.), and also sexual trainings, strip clubs, erotic massage, escort services, etc. 

6.6. Anabolic steroids, other similar products, special foodstuffs that affect muscle growth similar to steroid effect, and also BAAs and sport nutrition. 

6.7. Weapons (military and civilian), including personal defense weapon, sporting, hunting and signaling weapons. 

6.8. Precious jewels, precious metals and their products (all jewelry). 

6.9. Pornographic materials. 

6.10. "Digital drugs" and smoking blends, salts, poppers, laughing gases and all psychotropic substances. 

6.11. Services of webcam studious and other services related to video communication. 

6.12. Discounts and coupons. 

7. A store will not be approved if it does not comply with Administration policy and convictions. [4]

[2] — tobacco, raw materials for tobacco production, tobacco products in general, and also various types of tobacco such as smoking products — cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, filterless cigarettes, hookah tobacco, smoking tobacco incl. fine-cut tobacco, low-grade rustic tobacco — smoking middlings, pipe tobacco, bidis, kretek, and non-smoking — sucking tobacco (snus), chewing tobacco, snuff tobacco, naswar; other tobacco products, various ingredients of tobacco products. 
[3] — smoking accessories incl. electronic cigarettes, pipes, hookah, lighters and related products; non-tobacco materials that form a tobacco product and ensure its features and appearance according to manufacturer's instructions — tissue, cigarette, tip and cigarette-tube paper, filter wrapping paper, filtering media, glues, inks, wrapping material for sucking tobacco (snus) portion. 
[4] — and among others: if unexamined, doubtful works, services, goods are offered that, in Administration opinion, may infringe rights, harm or endanger safety of users or third parties.
