Joey just came by this morning to give me an estimate. He is very much like the man that took care of my home repairs for almost 30 years. I had other things I wanted done beside the ramp on the storeroom. I showed him everything and he is working on an estimate for me. I approved the estimate for the ramp and repairs to the door trim on the storeroom. He will bring the estimate for the other projects Monday when he comes to work on the storeroom. He is very professional, polite and I've been a homeowner long enough to know he is knowledgeable. My previous repairman did work for many people here in the park for many years and we miss him. I'm hoping to be able to refer Joey to other people I know and hopefully will give him more work. I look forward to having him do work for me in the future.

Edgar (Lead) & Carlos of JBR Landscaping did an amazing job on my front yard landscape project.  I requested a quote and quickly received a response from Edgar.  The quote was reasonable and the contract prepared thereafter.  Edgar was approachable,friendly & professional during the entire process.   During our discussion and our desire to have a more clean and low maintenance front yard, Edgar came up with a design plan and plant selection.  Edgar and Carlos were diligently working in removing old bushes and plants.  With my new plants, fresh mulch, and river rock, the front yard now has a grand and pleasing presentation. At project completion, they ensured the entire area was cleaned & cleared of debris.  We are more than satisfied with the work done, we are delighted with the results!   We highly recommend JGR Landscape!   Muchas Gracias to Edgar Jimenez and Carlos for their hard work, especially during this July hot Texas weather.

Chris came out and met with me personally then set down and helped me design my deck. Start to finish he was professional and his attention to detail impressed me. The other thing that completed the deal is all of Chris’ employees are veterans and that is important to me!

I unequivocally recommend Timeless Sunsets for deck and arbor work. We worked with Doug first to design and plan the deck. Doug was patient and thorough spending a full afternoon measuring and getting feedback on the proposed design. Once we agreed on the proposed deck plan, Doug was able to bring several Timber tech and Trex samples to choose from. Warning: many styles are on back order due to supply chain issues, not Timeless Sunsetâ s fault at all. The demo phase started as promised 2 weeks after singing the contract. Adrian and Brent were our construction crew, both were communicative and professional. Initially the crew was trying to keep the original frame to help save on costs, but after removing the old deck it was clear that it needed to be replaced. Of course we were not thrilled that we had to replace the frame, but The team adjusted quickly and did a great job. Our deck was over 1000 square feet, quite an investment but we could not be happier with the results. In a world where you hear about contractors, not completing work or delivering substandard work, I highly recommend Timeless Sunset as a trusted partner for all your deck and patio needs.

Really honest, small business who not only has great management, but the people they hire also care. The whole crew was great, they work hard they're very polite and the boss checks in on the site daily to make sure things are moving accordingly. You can see the older guys teaching the younger or newer guys how to do the job and the older guys really mentor and the new guys really listen. A team that works like that will always put out better quality work. Overall can't recommend Taylor and his crews enough. I would gladly do business with them again. Which might be sooner than later as soon as we put in a pool.
