I was told to meet at house at 8am, but then received a message at 7:45am that said the painter was there but that no one was home. This minor miscommunication was understandable, so we agreed to meet at 8:15am at that point. Walked through the house with Brian and the painter and was told "this shouldn't take all day." I agreed that it was a very small job. Guess what? It took all day. And, we were billed from 7:45am on, despite the initial meeting being scheduled for 8:00am and it not actually happening until 8:15am. Was also billed for an entire hour of "job instruction and review at completion," even though the job instruction really only took about 5-10 minutes. The quality of the work was very good, but the price was not. I will not use this provider again, nor will I recommend them to friends, unless budget is not an issue.
