Removed asbestos air ducts and replaced them with code-conforming ducts in 2,700-square-foot home. Replaced insulation and thermostat. Secured and hauled away all replaced materials. Mat Avidan, his crew and haz-mat subcontractor performed professionally and right on schedule. Mat made a conscious effort to carefully explain each step of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to call Air Care for follow-up work.

AM Construction was a great find! We attempted to get several estimates from several companies to be sure that we were getting a fair price as this was the first time we ever found ourselves having to put a roof on a home. More often than not other roofing companies would set appointments then not show up, those who did, came in either at the same price as AM Construction or much over with not nearly the level of Labor and Product warranty that AM Const. was offering. In the end we decided to go with these folks, they worked quickly and cleanly. Our roof had been on this house for probably close to 85 years and the amount of dust and debris we found in the yard the first day I was CERTAIN would be there even after they had finished and moved on, that was NOT the case. They were clean, efficient and thorough. They took extra time to make sure the new roof had sort of an old world charm that complimented the Spanish architecture of our home. In the end the roof came in slightly higher than the original quote but that was due to needing to replace termite damage or wood rot not because of a low quote to get us on the hook. With the additional cost came extensive information so that we never felt like we paid for something we shouldn't have paid for and further.

Although they were not the cheapest proposal we received, they were competitive. Our decision came down to two factors. First, they always made sure that they were speaking with me AND my wife. Which showed us how honest they are. Second, we compared their work product with a cheaper company's. We believed that their finished product looked more professional. After selecting AM Construction, we realized what a great decision we made. They are perfectionists. They do not slap your siding up and move on to the next project. Halfway through our project, Joseph and Thomas noticed a slight defect with the siding. Frankly, I may never have noticed. However, they worked through the issue with the manufacturer, and secured new material. Then they replaced every piece of siding that had already been installed. They are a customer service company that happens to deal in siding. They also understand that the quality of their work is their best marketing tool.

AM Construction was top notch from the sales staff to the final questions. Our shower required special construction and involved removing a smaller shower and garden tub. All the work was completed as promised and all the debris and dust was cleared out and the bathroom wiped down and the floor cleaned, too. I will recommend AM Construction to my family and friends!

I recently moved to Los Angeles from NY and purchased a new home, unfortunately one of the projects that I first had to tackle was the roof. Being new to the city I was a bit worried about taking on this big project by myself. My realtor David Alexandre) referred me to AM CONSTRUCTION and a few other companies he highly recommended. All the companies were superb but the incentives AM CONSTRUCTION offered ultimately helped make my decision. I was treated with utmost respect, attention and couldn't be happier with the entire process! I especially loved the foreman, a sweetheart and he treated my house as if it were his own! The estimator was great too, he explained the process to me very well and I learned some cool things about roofing I never thought existed. We are very very happy the most impressive part of our experience with Air Care Construction was their ability to stay on budget. The final price was directly inline with the estimate we received initially. After meeting with a few other local contractors we chose them based on their plans. They built a dormer and provided a kitchen remodel, amongst some other structural improvements in our home. I have been very pleased with the work and their professional nature. Punctuality was another noticeable trait of theirs. We are looking to have them come back for more work in the very near future.

I had the pleasure of working with Air Care on a full exterior remodel of my Mom's house. Being that she is handicapped it was very important that the work be completed professionally, quickly, within a strict budget, and with people I could trust. I found all that and more in Air Care. Their crew are very professional. They arrive on time, work quickly, have great attention to detail, and are incredibly clean. Plus the entire crew treated my mother with great respect and care throughout the project. We ended up doing more work than planned because it was going so well. It is also important to note that they build smart. They were full of various ideas whenever a creative solution was needed and was generous with their time in explaining the pros and cons of each. I must add that they understood our underlining goal of improving my mother's quality of life while keeping her finances under control. Even within her limited budget they never cut corners with building materials, construction or aesthetics. They devised numerous ways to make sure we got what we wanted while keeping us within our means. Construction is a moving target. Things change once you start the process. We were very fortunate to have air care on our side during this project. We wouldn't have gotten these fantastic results without them.
