Our windows were replaced several years ago and the installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Just last year we did the siding and gutters and the installers were great, efficient and harding working. They too, cleaned up nicely after themselves. We feel we got a great product along with a great value

I do not like the sales strategy of this company and do not trust they are giving a fair estimate. They came out to do a bid on a large job and when the guy sat down to tell the cost he start with this out of this world price and then said that he'd give a 10% discount for this, and a 20% discount for that and all these other discounts and his bid was still out of my price range so I said no thanks. Then he drops another 10% or so and I still tell him it's too high and he wanted to tell me about their great financing options and how prices will only go up. I finally get this shark to leave after saying no about 15 times and then a few days later CRI calls me and says that they want the manager to come out and talk to me because they could get me even a lower price. I kept on telling her no and she wouldn't take no for an answer telling me about all these great financing options they have and all the same nonsense the last guy kept on telling me. I finally had to hang up on her. I ended up going elsewhere and the first bid I got was about 20% lower than CRI last bid. I had work done with CRI in the past and I'm concerned that I way overpaid because of their shady sales tactics and probably would have saved if I shopped around. If you do decide to go with these scam artists make sure you get more bids to see how much they're over charging you. The other day one of their sales people came while going door to door. I told her I don't like their sales tactics and she started right in with the company line as if she didn't hear me and not accepting no for an answer, so I had to close the door on her. I hate companies that force you to be rude to get them to go away. Beware of these people

We had the walls in our sunroom insulated as well as the windows replaced. The windows look great and work well. The only thing is that there was quite a bit of insulation left on our grass after the project was finished.

Job was done but did not correct problem. It took 8 months for them to return when more insulation was sprayed. The tech made a mess with insulation all over the trim, walls and floor. He was supposed to come back to clean it up but never did. Blinds don’t open correctly because too much insulation was sprayed in. Trim corners no longer meet. Disgusted

Great! Amy Gillespie came out to look at our house and was very thorough. She even went above and beyond and took a quick peak at our water heater to spot signs of CO2 when we mentioned we were thinking of adding more insulation to our house, and she was right - we did have CO2 signs and had to replace our water heater. She also rushed to get us a window quote. We had SNAP do our roof last year and they were fantastic to work with! Eric was the production manager and he was very on top of things. Highly recommend SNAP

They were very professional and prompt. I enjoyed having them work on my house. They were easy to work with and above all listened to me. Every night they would clean the site before they left for the day. The salesman, Mike Ziegler, was easy to work with and showed us lots of examples. We kept him busy because we were picky about how we wanted the house to look. We were also looking at another contractor but he wasn't listening to us and was going in a direction we were not happy with. Mike gave us an amazing reference list that was probably 20 pages long with addresses and descriptions of their past projects. This was very helpful to us especially in choosing color for the siding. Their reference list would tell what color was put on different houses and we could drive to those locations and look at the color. That proved to be more useful than looking at the tiny colors in the brochure. Jeff Witt, was the project manager who kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. He coordinated all of the contractors (stonework, carpenters, windows, insulation, etc.). There were some other things that we needed done (electrical and gutters) that they also lined up for us and we paid those contractors separately. This was a big project for us and we changed our mind on things during the process. They were flexible enough to accommodate our wishes. When the project was done Jeff and I had a final walk through to make sure I was completed satisfied with the results. I appreciated that. We made 3 payments to them, an initial payment to start the project and order the windows, a second payment halfway through and the last payment after the final walk through. I was very pleased with the outcome

It went really well. The installers cleaned up after themselves. The work took only 2 days, we thought it might take 3. They added some insulation to the wall as that room was cold. They had to call a plumber to move the drain and he was on time. The plumbing was done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again, however, most of our remodeling projects are finished

We had a high complexity project requiring working with 2 separate homeowners for a single structure (an 1891 townhouse). The team at Keyprime were extremely clear about project risks and expectations, and that meant that when additional issues were discovered during the project, we already knew about the possibility and were prepared to deal with them. They were excellent communicators (even during a literal plague) and provided really high quality service. The price is relatively high for a re-roof/new gutters, but the material quality is excellent and the workmanship is great

The project went great. When we hired Details for cleaning services, they also explained that they offer handyman and general contractor services on a limited basis through an affiliated contractor. This was great timing as we had to get a garage sheetrocked after being left high and dry by another contractor. Details was able to rescue the project by lining up the contractor and completing the job within our time frame. The drywallers did a good job and cleaned up the site when finished. There were a couple of corrections around outlets that need to be redone, but it only took one quick phone call and the drywallers came out the next day to take care of the issues. I will call Details again for handyman and contracting services

Jeff was wonderful to work with. He came out and spent several hours surveying my hail damage. He came back out to meet with my insurance adjuster to point out that the original estimate from the insurance company had missed that I had 'thermal wall' insulation which was more expensive to install and that I we may not be able to match the existing siding. After working with Jeff the adjuster re-wrote the claim to wrap the entire house with new siding. Jeff made several suggestions on how I could enhance the look of my home. I decided to go with his idea for vinyl shakes on one section, boy am I glad I did. The siding crew was spectacular. The first day they were here they explained that they were a company that had been siding for generations and they took great pride in what they did. If there were any questions, concerns, or advice, just ask and they will make it right. They went the extra mile and installed a ledger drip edge for me, made sure my decking project would work with the new siding, and they put a vinyl wrap on my patio door sill that looks beautiful. Each day when I left for work they stopped to make sure I was kept up to date on their progress and asked if I had any questions or concerns. These guys are real professionals. They are not going to show up and slap siding on, they are going to make sure you are totally satisfied with look of your new home

The patio door was brought on site the day of the install. Unfortunately, the door and the door casing were two different colors. Since the existing door had already been removed, they installed the door in a temporary fashion that would work and properly insulated it. Within 2 weeks, the new door had been sent. They immediately came out, removed the first door, and installed the correct door. All finish trim was installed (upgraded trim was provided at no charge due to the inconvenience). The final product looks and works great. I will definitely use this company again for other window replacements

This is an exceptionally good company. Dan and Chad were super friendly, right on time, responsible, and thorough. They removed the mildew, moss, and lichens from a small roof above out front porch. When residual stains remained after the first treatment, they came back and treated again (same morning) with success. They took care to wet down foliage so that it would not get damaged by the bleach solution. This company also installed an ice melting roof cable a few years ago that functions very well and was well-priced--they diligently check it each time they come to clean our gutters. They have a very nice estimate/appointment setting/ appointment reminder software system that generates nice emails regarding service. Note that the low price is in part because the roof they treated is quite small--about 25 square feet, and the gutters required minimal cleaning. But they charged me only a nominal fee to put on an air conditioning cover up on a third floor window unit--totally worth it. When I asked for the estimate I did so through their website. I did not hear back from the company via email, but suddenly a few days later an estimator appeared at my door. So if you hear nothing, I think you can still assume that they will swing by to assess the job and then send an estimate via email. Friendly, trustworthy, reliable

I have to say, we were very impressed. My husband and I bought a new home this summer and it was a bit of a fixer upper. Some of the work we could do ourselves but many projects were just too big for us to take on. We knew from our home inspection that the roof and siding were in desperate need of replacement plus some windows and gutter work too. The Construction Group Inc. was one of 4 contractors we contacted for the various jobs. After meeting with each company we chose Scott. He wasn't the cheapest but I have learned from mistakes in the past that when it comes to construction projects you get what you pay for. Scott provided a detailed inspection of our home and even pointed out a few issues that were missed by our home inspection. He was patient with our many questions and provided a very detailed estimate for the work to be done. The work started about three weeks after we agreed to the proposal and took about 5 weeks to complete which was about a week longer than Scott estimated, but we had several rain storms during the project and the workers showed up every day they could. The siders found some framing damage that looked like carpenter ants. Scott and his carpenter looked over the damage and quoted a price for the repairs which I thought was reasonable and took care of it right away. Scott was good about keeping my husband and I informed as the project progressed. When the work was done, Scott walked around with us to make sure the work was done right. We found only a few few small items that needed attention and Scott was good about taking care of them quickly. I would also like to note that they took the extra step to hire a pest control company to come out and spray for ants to be sure we did not have more damage in the future. Over all we were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone

I noticed my house had wide temperature fluctuations during the winter and summer months, as well as ice dam issues in the winter. I requested multiple bids from insulation companies and Gunner's was the clear winner. They explained to me how much insulation I had, how much I needed, and how much it would cost to install that much insulation. The representative was very knowledgeable about their products, as well as the issues I was having. The bid came with brochures for the different types of materials Gunner used as well. I accepted the bid and the extraction crew arrived on a very cold spring day. They extracted my existing insulation very quick and set expectations for the installation of insulation the next day, which also went swimmingly. After having my insulation put in I noticed an immediate drop in my heating/cooling costs, as well as more even temperatures across the house

My experience with Sela Roofing and Remodeling has been great – everyone from the sales staff to the work crew. Sela recently reroof my townhome, replaced two skylights, and added insulation to the attic. The whole process went smoothly, and it looks fantastic! What really sold me on Sela over some other companies was that they offered solutions to my ice dam issues-insulation/ventilation. Mike, the independent contractor who does the insulating, was very thorough. I’ve always had to rake the roof to prevent ice dams in the past. With the strategic placement of insulation, I hope to never rake again

This is an old, 1950's cabin that has been added on to and updated many times, often with very poor workmanship. I expected there to be "glitches" along the way and I was most impressed that John remained unflustered by what was uncovered as the project progressed. He remained determined not to cut corners and to leave us with a professional job done and that is what he did. He was always available for questions and concerns and I felt comfortable being honest with him. The men he had come to do various parts of this job were very professional and respectful of our time and our home. I have never had workers remove their shoes each time and clean up so well! John sends out the person with the right expertise for the specific job and I found every one of his long time workers to be conscientious and proud of their work. When a new worker came out and did a poor job, John sent an expert out within days to totally redo this framing. The only difficult thing was the time it took to finish the whole project as this company appears to be booked solid and may not have a lot of wiggle room with time when things go wrong. To be clear and fair, a lot of problems were discovered as the project progressed because this is an old, poorly constructed house. To John's credit, when I contacted him about the length of time passing, he figured out a way to get his men here quickly and to have them stay until the project was completed and completed correctly. I paid to get the job done right and it was. I will definitely hire this company again.
