I was very impressed! I had to be out of town during most of the time they painted, and was concerned that I would not be here to supervise. As it turned out, absolutely no supervision was needed. When I came home, most of the house was painted, and all was going very well. When they were done, they cleaned up - and, except for the beautifully-painted home, you didn't even know they were here. I would highly recommend them

Bella Casa Painting
They are superb! They provided us with references (the only one of five bidders to do so) and those references couldn't say enough great things about them. Upon contract, they let us try a few colors on the house before selecting the final Sherwin Williams Woodscape stain (and WE LOVE our selection. Thanks to Alan & crew for offering suggestions as the right choice was definitely made), not to mention their bid was the best we received (lower by more than 1/3). It was difficult finding a company who knew how to deal with a cedar home and their work was impeccable. They were quiet, neat, extremely nice and truly exceeded our expectations. And they were the only bid that included a two-year guarantee (not to mention the Italian in us loved the company name). Everyone who sees our home raves about it & without a doubt we will use them again in the future! If you need any painting/staining done inside or outside your home, Bella Casa is the only way to go!

I decided to get the house painted late in the season, many companies were booked up until next year. I did find 3 companies from Angies list who could try and fit my project in this year. Of the 3 bids, Kurt's (president of Home Transformations Inc.) was the one I chose. I work in the trades and know that you get what you pay for. His contract included the most thorough prep and finishing, along with the best guarantee of 5 years. It wasn't the cheapest, but again, you get what you pay for. Scheduling was the one issue all companies had, since it was late Sept. when I finally got to getting the project done. Kurt told me he promised to get me in this year, it wouldn't be all at once, but when he had crews to spare and the weather cooperated he'd send them my way. It turned out the a large project they had was put on hold so, he sent a crew early Oct. and the bulk of the work was done in less than 2 weeks. The weather then turned against me for a while. But Kurt's guys would come one day here, one day there over the next 4 weeks, as the weather allowed and finally got the entire job done. It looks excellent, and the final bill matches the estimate, he even has a couple of discounts available

Al & his team were fantastic. I needed all of the trim on my stucco home painted. The pre-hiring interactions were good and Al was always timely. I had the idea to use glossy black for the trim as I was going for a specific look - Al fully explained the issues with using glossy black but in the end deferred to what I'd wanted and it turned out great ... I was happy to be told the issues beforehand so I could make a good decision! Once decided, Al had to do some extra leg work to track down enough of the color I'd wanted - that's solid customer service in my book! The team finished the entire project in 2 days, completely to my satisfaction! The clean up afterwards was also stellar. I really appreciated the collaboration and the willingness to follow through on my vision

Contractors did the the job but they were incredibly professional and courteous. The did an amazing job. I feel that painting our trim is quite a challenge. They missed a few spots, but when these were pointed out they returned immediately and completed the job immediately. I did feel that I shouldn't have been the one to have to see this. I was asked to pay before someone from the company came out to review the work and then felt like I was the only one truly checking things carefully. Again, I can't complain about the work it was truly well done

I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job! They were very professional. There wasn’t a drop of paint anywhere. They were very contious of cleanliness, which I was very grateful for that. There were 3 window sills that had wood rot. They recommend a very good contractor (Pinnacle Contracting Solutions) that replaced them for us for an additional fee of $1,500. Home Transformations may have been a little more expensive than other bids, but I feel we certainly got what we paid for. I’m very pleased with the work that was done

Alan was accommodating by squeezing our job in late in the painting season. We were out of town when the work was done, so can't comment on the work crew. The job was done well. There were a few minor touch up issues that we noticed, and he was quick to return and address these. The work looks great

Unfortunately, this was not our best experience with this company. I had used them in past years and contacted them to do some work at my parents house. They came out as promised and delivered an estimate. Work was promised to be completed early to mid summer. There was a bit of confusion about payment, which we settled easily. They checked in with my parents and me a couple of times during the summer. At one time, they said we'll be out next week. They never showed up and never followed up with an explanation. It was very disappointing. I had great results previously and expected the same this time

The ceiling job went well. Mike is a nice guy. The hallway job didn't go well at all. It was completed before and after Thanksgiving. I was clear in my direction that I had wanted the rest of the wallpaper removed. I had completed approximately 30-40% when I realized that I needed help. I was told no problem. It was explained that they would coat the wall, prime and paint it. About four days later the wallpapers was peeling. Mike responded quickly and redid it. He advised me that it would bubble but not to worry. He was right, the bubbles went away after two days. However, when they left after the last finish coat they must have dragged a tarp across the wall and left mark across the wet paint. Mike said I can always call him back to fix anything, but I chose not to. I sanded it and painted it

The porch was under construction when he bid the project but he still came in right on in his price estimate. He was very flexible in working around completion date and screen panel design for his painting work

Mike and is crew did a fantastic job! We had a very quick turnaround time, Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating in squeezing in our last minute job. There was an issue with the paint color mixed for the trim by the paint store, Mike quickly acted and corrected the issue even putting in his own personal time over the weekend...the best customer service we have had, you just don't see this type of customer service any more! Overall an outstanding job and pleasure to work with, I highly recommend
