I had already pulled dishwasher from enclosure so was easy to get too. After 20 minutes of trying to find leak, and after a phone call to main shop, I was informed that there was a hole in the bottom of the tub and unrepairable. I was asked how old the dishwasher was. Unfortunately, a new dishwasher is in my future after 3 years of limited use. I would be hesitant about buying another Whirlpool dishwasher. Also $115 for a service call in which only diagnosis was performed seems quite high

On the first trip out, the plumber realized that some of the tile on the floor in front of the dishwasher would need to be removed before the dishwasher could be installed, so we had to reschedule. But they offered to get me in touch with their handyman if I needed help. I was able to coordinate the handyman coming out at the next visit. The tiles were removed and the new dishwasher installed, despite some unexpected complications. The plumber went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have my new dishwasher installed and functioning that same day. I would definitely use this company again

Had them come out to fix the new dishwasher we purchased because it was not cleaning the dishes nor completely drying the dishes. Unfortunately, the day they came out, the cleaners had loaded the dishwasher. Despite the fact that I told him that I understand the cleaners did not properly load the dishwasher, I told him that I am the one who primarily loads it and I have tried several times with minimal dishes prior, and it still did not clean. He asked me if I knew how to load a dishwasher. I replied that I loaded our previous dishwasher and it cleaned the dishes without a problem, so yes, I know how to properly load a dishwasher. He left stating that he could not find a problem and to switch to liquid detergent and run the sink water until it is hot before starting the dishwasher

Plumber determined that gas supply pipe needed to be shorter and the valve needed to be added on the same floor of house as the range. The dishwasher needed the water supply shortened to fit under new dishwasher. The plumber completed the piping change including the addition of a new valve. He then completed the installation of the dishwasher including leveling and attaching to cabinets

They fixed what they were initially meant to fix. However, I don't think he actually tested it. When we tested it after he left, the oven light no longer worked. We called them to come out and look at it, but they were going to charge us $100 just to come out and check.
