I went up in the attic with him and we both saw that there was very little evidence of waste or guano so a full restoration was not needed. I appreciated his honesty and their prices are significantly more reasonable than other wildlife services places I’ve worked with. I received an electronic invoice detailing my request and what was covered in the inspection. I also received an electronic receipt for payment, who accepted multiple forms of payment. He also vaccuumed and then disinfected the firebox area where the bat had been. Since we don't use the fireplace at all, he taped up the gap area in the flue so that a bat, bird, etc. would not enter the living area though the fireplace. There already is a grated cap on the chimney to keep out raccoons and squirrels

"George said he would be able to conquer our unwanted creatures and he did. He came back monthly for the first 3 months. By the last trip we had very few living pests and my tenants have not seen any of the bugs since.

"Bryan came out first thing and did the inspection. He found there were several openings in our attic and that this problem had been explored before. He took the time to bring me around the house and show me the areas the fuzzy friends were getting in. He also took time to show me the areas that could cause future issues. He noticed that we had bats living on the exterior of our home and understood my desire to keep them here, but outside the house.

<br /> After the inspection he explained his proposal for the work that included having to fabricate metal pieces that slid up under our wood shake shingles. He even had a color swatch to match our gutters proposed so it wouldn't be unsightly. I felt good about him doing the repairs because he had previous carpentry experience.

<br /> Over the next week Bryan came out several times to check the traps and was able to do all the necessary repairs in only two trips. I hope never to need his services again, but if I do, I certainly won't hesitate to call him. There's no mistaking that animal removal is a pricey endeavor, but Bryan was by far the best priced, took time to understand our concerns and desires, and helped educate us about the animal, it's habits, and how to further protect ourselves in the future.

"Went well. Rick came out the day after I called and set traps. Checked back in a week and determined that moles were going under traps. Put down a new set of larger traps. Caught one mole. That appeared to be all there was. Rick checked back a week later and confirmed there were no new tunnels or any use of old tunnels. Good work. Total Cost: $200 ($150 base, $50 per mole caught).
