They came out the same day, diagnosed and fixed it (short in the wire) quickly and for $200. Service was quick, responsive and reasonable. I would call them again.

We had West Coast come out and took a look at the dishwashing machine. He reset the sensory and adjusted the problem with the door - then recommended if the sensor malfunctioned again, stated that it may be cost effective to purchase a new machine oppose to replacing the expensive sensor. I appreciated his explanation and recommendation.

So far so good. They did the work about a week ago and my a/c is working well. I called them, they set up the appointment - offering one the next day or the day after - they arrived early, gave me a call before they arrived, and everything went very smoothly.

I received a phone call as soon as I inquired on Angies List. Very prompt on the call and sending a nice young man to evaluate the situation. He said he would need to order parts and I would hear from the office in a couple of business days how much it would be. That was December 16. Today is December 31. I have not heard a word back. It would have been fine if they had called and said how much it would cost and advise against the repair, but there was no follow up at all. Needless to say, I’ve replaced the refrigerator.

Once the estimate was rendered and the deposit was collected, they lost all respect for my time, arriving late and making me take off work several times needlessly. Price was incredibly high for the work done. I will not use them again.
