Went great. The owner, Mr. Cruz, was terrific. Got it done for less money and in less time than anyone else I spoke with. He came the next day after I contacted. him. He had it all completed with replacement part to pump put on within the next few days; at a very reasonable price. Compare this to outfits where the repair guys work on commission (i.e., the more new equipment they can sell you, the more they make). I suggest staying away from pool repair companies that work like that. This was yet another reason I liked HCM Pools. They did not attempt to up-charge me. I would certainly use this company again

I have used Parrot Head Pool service several times for both small and large jobs. I am currently getting estimates to re-plaster my pool and Parrot Head Pool service will probably get the work. They are always prompt, professional and take the time to explain what they will do or have done. Very easy to schedule an appointment. In the last 16 years I have tried numerous pool service companies and they have all failed when it came to reliability except for Parrot Head Pool service

Despite the fact that I was a new customer and Kevin was busy saving his regular customers, Kevin found the time on Sunday to get me up and running and save my pool from costly algae cleaning. I've used Pelican Pool Service for several years to add chemicals to my inground gunite pool. During daylight savings time, they come every week and when time falls back, they come every 2-3 weeks. They have responded very fast to any problems or concerns that I have had.

Quick repair on our in floor cleaning system. We live in Victoria and choose to use Pools Plus ORF repair service over local services. We also choose them to build our pool 2 years ago. Very pleased with all work done and the great after sale service. They know their products, how to service and repair them. No guess work

Have been customers for about 11 years, from one house to another. Service over the last year has greatly depreciated. They don't show up when scheduled and then instead of putting you on next day schedule, they will tell you to wait until next week. Not acceptable.

Recently I had Backyard springs perform a much needed equipment upgrade on my pool including pumps, lights and control automation. I had 4 bids for the work before choosing Backyard Springs. Their bid was very competitive and nicely presented with line item details. Noah arrived to do the work on the day promised and completed the updates in a single day. He came back twice within the week for a couple of follow up items and training on the new equipment. Overall I am very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future

Service took three visits...first was for the cleaning and the diagnostics. The second one was to replace the motor, but the wrong motor got shipped...no worries, just had to get the new (correct) motor and it was replaced on the third visit. Fortunately, I was home and available for all trips, however, this would the and quot;wrong motorand quot; trip would have made me very unhappy. But I know mistakes happen, so no use getting upset. Stephen (technician) was very apologetic and tried to get us rescheduled as quickly as possible. He also took the time to explain everything, and go over recommendations for me to follow to help keep things running smoothly and keep my pool in excellent and quot;health.and quot; Timeliness and promptness was excellent, and price was competitive (actually a lot better than the folks who built my pool). Discounting the and quot;glitch,and quot; overall I am very satisfied
