Chuck came out to give an estimate on finishing the remodel of my bathroom, by another contractor that left the job unfinished and in poor condition. The contract was agreed upon and Chuck was out on the day we agreed and at the time we agreed.. My wife and I always give leeway on starting time, the parking in our neighborhood can be very difficult. He did the job in 4 days!! My other contractor had worked on that bathroom for 3 months and didnt manage to accomplish what Chucck did in 4 days!! Managed to fix the heated flooring and install the thermostat, install a vent in the ceiling through a miniscule space. He built a beautiful and functional closet space for us. He did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased with the outcome!! He worked a whole day, not just a couple hours. I was really impressed with the quality of the work as well! Thank you Chuck

We're proud to be Americans.", through the whole experience these folks are the real deal. Because of the house I bought I have had to have several visits from these professionals over the last 9 months. Each time they have been very accommodating, very professional and very patient with me as I had to make decisions after asking a multitude of questions. I hesitate to mention the amount I have spent because it has been done over several jobs. However, I will say it was worth every penny in each case. Additionally, each employee that came by to do work was very professional, friendly and willing to accommodate our needs and educate us on the issues. Thanks to them for several jobs well done. There was some problems with setting the new toilets because the flanges for holding the toilet base were somewhat degraded. However, Mr. Mahoney did a work around that resolved the problem. We called Haller after 7:00 pm and they came in about 30 minutes. Our flooring installer tried to install one of our toilets after installing flooring. While installing the toilet, he broke the pipe to the toilet causing water to flood through the bathroom floor which flowed through our kitchen ceiling. Haller fixed the pipe to the toilet so that we could get water turned back on for the house. Also, they installed two toilets. They were punctual and cleaned up afterwards. Also, they charge normal rates for the toilet installs, which they did not have to do. I would definitely use them again. They did quick and nice work

Great! I called yesterday, and they said they would work me into the schedule today and would call me before coming. H.L. Bowman called today and said the plumber would be here in 20 minutes, and he was. He did a great job and installed the toilet in less than an hour, cleaned up and took our old toilet, the box and all packing materials from the new toilet along with him. He also installed a new designer arm on the toilet instead of the one that came on it. He was very nice and professional. Would definitely use him again

Tony came in and gutted the whole bathroom with another person the first day. Took out toilet, started working on tile floor, cabinets, painting, closet and moldings. Someone else put in counter top. Tony finished misc and touch up paint, put in door and knob. Cleaned up, put back toilet etc.

This company was very responsive to our call and our water pressure needs. The technician was punctual and showed up wearing a mask and gloves during this covid19 call. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and the filters were changed, quickly fixing the pressure issues. He showed me what he did, as well as how often the filters need to be changed as well as the specific size of the filters needed, so I can change the filters myself in the future. I would definitely hire this company again

My pressure toilet wouldn't flush. I called Pronto because I used them before and knew they would respond very quickly to my service call. And I needed the toilet fixed NOW. The plumber said it would cost approximately $800 to replace toilet, but he said he thought he could fix it by replacing a part. He did replace the part and the toilet worked for about 6 weeks. It does not work anymore but I do not want to spend $800 on a new toilet. I think I wasted my money but it was my decision and I got no pressure from the Pronto plumber - it was totally my choice. I think their estimate for a new toilet is too high. BUT, Pronto is very quick to respond, their employees are very courteous and professional, but they are way too expensive to use on a regular basis. They did leave me coupons for future services if I ever needed them, but I would definitely try to get estimates from other plumbers first due to their prices

The generator installation costed be roughly $9000. It was a fair price and this was right after the hurricane. After what I went through with my house I decided I was not going to go through that again. I have had these fellows here before, they're honest, they do good work and they charge a fair price. They had the add in the paper that said "We install whole house generators," and that's why I called them up. I'm one of their regular customers and they gave me a discounted price and it was fairly reasonable, I signed the contract and the work was done. I knew the people, I knew the work they did and I knew they would stand by it. I felt comfortable with previous dealings with them and I had a feeling that I wasn't going to get ripped off my these people. They came recommended by my neighbor who is a contractor. After that I've had them here 3 or 4 times. They're honest and you get a good job from them

This was my third experience with Roeting. This was a no hot water emergency. Scott responded by phone within an hour and came immediately - on a weekend. He determined which part(s) had failed and went to work. It was not a simple fix to a manifold system. Parts were needed and I didn't have hot water overnight; he was back very early next day with the necessary equipment and parts. He had left the system so I did have water to use. Scott is an expert and thorough. On another instance he has corrected another's work to his satisfaction because it was a safety issue. The company believes is doing it right

I wish there was a rating higher than an 'A.' Rich Reustle from Pulse in Pennsauken, NJ performed the work. It was done on an emergency basis and Rich's team was punctual, efficient and very neat. They arranged to have the supply lines marked, pulled the permits, dug up the yard, replaced the line from the street all the way into the house and regraded the yard. The services were performed in less than 8 hours, for less than the reasonable estimate, which was a very welcome surprise. PULSE (Rich) has done other plumbing work for me both here and at my daughter's house and regardless of whether it's Rich or Joe (a great plumber and very hard and neat worker) that comes out, they accommodate our time frame, are sensitive to the nature of the need (or emergency) and they do great work at always a very fair price. They always leave the work area clean. I am a very satisfied customer and would call them back with no hesitation

Neil showed up on time and worked hard for hours to clear my shower drain. He was very resourceful and had to use many different ways to finally clear the drain. The problem proved to be a clog made of rust and metal scales from my old black iron pipes. After breaking through the clog he ended up clearing out several buckets of sludge. He cleaned up the mess in the basement and the shower. After all of that he only charged me $240.00! I would recommend him to anyone
