The contract covers my boiler and hot water heater. It means in January I get immediate attention, which is difficult. They sent two people to clean the boiler

In a previous review, I said Haller had installed a water softener for me and had also become involved with a malfunctioning boiler. The boiler was new... had been put in by someone else... and was a nightmare. After I was able to get rid of the boiler, Haller came back and replaced it with a furnace and water heater. What a difference. Haller was very professional though the entire process and did a great job. Everything works fine! It's also great to know that if I need service, I can call them 24/7. No more weekends without heat

There was a smell coming from my boiler, they arrived same day (which was quite nice) and the Technician Mac ( who was pleasant) worked on it. He determined the "circulator capacitor" was bad and replaced it. He did some other things as well, and advised me the "banging pipe noise" was normal. I paid $180 for an hour and a half. He left and afterwards, my furnace would take 3+ hours to warm. Some days later, it is no longer working at all. I called Seigman and they (lady who answers the phone and the "after hours" technician Chad) wanted to charge me $200 an hour to fix the problem they caused because I didn't have a service contract. And I'm glad I didn't waste my money on one. My system worked before despite the random smell and now it does not. My 10 month old son was in 66 degree temperatures until I bought an electric space heater... this company is disgusting and terrible. Don't use them

They were here about 10 working days to do the job. I would recommend them for their punctuality, as far as their mechanics if one isn't quite knowledgeable about the newest boiler on the market, like my first tech, their team is big enough that they can find answers from another individual. This is why I went with a bigger company. I had 3 other bids but I went with them because of their size, they weren't the least or most expensive. I wanted someone who was there 7 days a week and 365 days a year for service. I worked in this business for a long time until a few years ago

Stanley Hill was helpful, patient and kind when he came to fix a pipe that was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. My elderly father was convinced it was the toilet, but Mr. Hill worked with him to show it was a pipe. The final bill was very reasonable, especially considering he had to go get a part. I highly recommend him and my dad has his card on file if he needs a plumber again

The owner, Fred Holder came to our home at our request and assessed our needs. He made a recommendation regarding our needs and priced three levels of equipment. He explained what each level would do and did not pressure us to get any particular one. We picked the middle level and arranged for installation. He personally came with a employee to do the installation. They wore coverings over their shoes and laid a runner down to protect our basement rug while they were going in and out. After the installation, he explained a number of things that we needed to do regarding maintenance. Fred was very personable and easy to get along with. I felt that he was giving me reliable information and was very competent. We had a bid from another company and Fred's was better

It went well. The owner is smart and knows his business. I've recommended him to other people who need someone who can help them resolve complex problems. Basically this guy's costs are in line with other well-known companies (Haller, etc). The difference is you will get the owner, and maybe an assistant to fix the problem rather than whatever tech is sent out by central dispatch

Absolutely excellent work. But more than that, Mr. Singh really saved our lives. He repaired and tested our old "oil guzzling dragon" in the basement and had it running apparently well. But then he tested it, finding that the air from the vents was contaminated by the air in the fire box. Carbon Monoxide in the house. Not enough to set off the alarm - yet, but always there when we had used the furnace for years. Could have died in our sleep. No one else ever tested it with the equipment he has, even though many local HVAC companies have been here to repair it. They never found out that it was cracked and leaking Carbon Monoxide. We are very pleased with our new hybrid furnace/ heat pump/ AC installation. Mr. Singh is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best system for our needs. His installation work was prompt and expertly done. Very highly recommended

I wish there was a rating higher than an 'A.' Rich Reustle from Pulse in Pennsauken, NJ performed the work. It was done on an emergency basis and Rich's team was punctual, efficient and very neat. They arranged to have the supply lines marked, pulled the permits, dug up the yard, replaced the line from the street all the way into the house and regraded the yard. The services were performed in less than 8 hours, for less than the reasonable estimate, which was a very welcome surprise. PULSE (Rich) has done other plumbing work for me both here and at my daughter's house and regardless of whether it's Rich or Joe (a great plumber and very hard and neat worker) that comes out, they accommodate our time frame, are sensitive to the nature of the need (or emergency) and they do great work at always a very fair price. They always leave the work area clean. I am a very satisfied customer and would call them back with no hesitation

Joe Moore clearly explained what had happened with the water fill-level boiler tube. Joe Moore reassured me that this condition was not related to the hot water tank. Joe indicated the hot water tank was functioning as supposed to be. And he checked that my faucet hot water was operating as supposed to be. I'm extremely happy I signed up for the annual maintenance agreement and was able to get an immediate after-hours service call check.
