And also, I have an underground connection on my property that over the last two years has been damaged by heavy water because we have heavy rains so at one point two years ago, over a period of like two months, I was without anything because I have their triple plug. I was out of phone service, internet and TV for like 11 days. They got it straightened out, four different people were out here to work until they actually found the problem. That's the only interruption in service that I've had. Normally if something happens or something is not right, I call them. I have the high speed internet and I rarely have trouble with that. Somebody spliced my email last year and I wasn't getting any email, it was a heck of a problem to get it straightened out. They directed me to Norton Security and put a security system on my email. COMCAST really helped me out with that and paid for that. Once I get through to somebody, there service is pretty good. My service response time is pretty quick. If they can't come immediately, they do tell me when they'll be there and they notify me ahead of time. They give me the option to cancel the appointment, all that stuff. They are always very professional. They'll give you a financial refund if they are not here by the time they said they'd be here
- VERIZONWe live in the country and don't get good reception. If you contact Verizon and actually get to talk to a technician, it is very beneficial. They are great, and very helpful, but their customer service process is a pain in the neck.
- VERIZONI think it’s a little expensive for service that we have but I haven’t had any problems with them at all but like where we are is kinda a whirl around here so we really didn’t have a choice of what kind of Verizon have enough and with Comcast there you can view the phone through like the computer or anything and we want dedicated landline because of our security system but Verizon was the only company that we can even go through for that. Overall it’s good for our area. I think it’s expensive because we don’t even have caller ID or call waiting or that kind of stuff – we just have like a basic phone. We don’t really have any other options for phone service around here so we just decided to fill it until maybe build up area a little more and there’s other phone provider we can go through. When you have to call I feel like I keep on hold forever just to talk to somebody – I just press this button for this and this and this and then they transfer you here and there and it’s hard just to get one person to settle your issue so that’s been my experience with few times I had to call them. "<p>When I phoned, the gentleman at Refresh understood my problem. He recommended that I bring it in and that they would look at it to determine exactly what needed to be repaired. The diagnostic was $25 (I believe) which I felt was very reasonable. I was told that if we wanted the repair to be completed, that charge would go towards the repair price. I took the computer in, they told me on the spot the approximate cost to repair it and approximate time to complete the repairs, and I left it with them. It took approximately 1 week to order the new casing and to have it installed. When the computer was returned to us, the final cost was exactly what I had been quoted and was completely repaired. </p>
<p>I have previously used this company several times before to purchase cables, laptop batteries, etc., but this was my first time with a repair. They were very professional, the store is neat, and they have a wide range of products. I have also called them several times with questions and they have always been very helpful. The repair was completed locally so my laptop did not have to be shipped out to have the work completed. I will definitely use Refresh again for my computer needs.</p>
