It went better than I could have imagined. I discovered bedbugs in my mom's bed on Christmas morning (Saturday), and called A#1 on Sunday. They came the next day, and finished with another visit on the following day. They not only took care of the bedbugs, but discovered mice in their sweep of the house, and also took care of them. David is very capable and experienced. I will drop Mom's current pest control company, and contract with A#1 for general pest control.

I live in a Baltimore City rowhouse and with that said you will see mice. I have used two other exterminators that have not provided the successful service that RPC has. These guys came out on August 6 and I have not seen one mouse or any mouse droppings since. And given the heavy rains we recently had with the hurricane and a lot of water moving around, no mice in the house or at least I haven't seen any.This is an A1 company. My first good impression was with the young lady on the phone. She was polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. I called on a Friday and Ron (owner) showed up Saturday. I almost missed him as I was out and he was running late, but we caught each other. He initially spoke with my husband about the mouse problem and reinterated to me what the problems were and what to do. I scheduled for the following weekend.Dave and another gentleman came out the next weekend and were also a pleasure to work with. They worked effeciently and methodically. They looked behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen and other rooms in the house. They inspected the exterior of the house to identify potential points of entry. They showed us various possible entry points before sealing up the holes, and gave us guidance on things we could do ourselves to minimize our mouse problem.This company is professional, efficient and the results speak for themselves. I would recommend RPC & Services LLC as your first choice for Pest Control/Exterminating.

These guys are amazing!! I hired them last year to remediate an issue I was having with mice. Had hired someone else previously but I saw the pests again after 6 months. The On The Fly technician arrived on time, fully prepared, and described his process. He pulled out appliances, filled holes and gaps, and suggested I replace my outside dryer vent cover as he suspected that's how they were getting in. PROBLEM SOLVED. It's been over a year and still no critters. Have already recommended them to my neighbors (our houses back to woods so mice are inevitable). Hope to never need them again, but if the clever critters find another way in, I'll call them again.

This is a very professional and responsive company. Ron, the owner, David (service manager/lead technician), and Andre (technician) are the company personnel we have dealt with. All are great people of their word, and they all ensure that the customer is happy. Our house was built on former farmland, and the area has a lot of wooded portions, so one cans expect to need pest control services. Since moving here, we previously used 3 other pest control services, and were not satisfied. Once we used RPC (thanks to Angie's List), we no longer had any problems. Weir Pest Services
We have an annual contract with Weir pest services, and they have been great. Initially we called them because we had a huge ant problem where ants were coming in our house even though we kept the house extremely clean, and had all food sealed away. Since Weir came we have had no ants. More recently we noticed the sound of a mouse in the wall, and called them to come out. The cost for exterminating the mice was covered under our annual service contract, and again we have not seen or heard any mice since.

I have contract with them. Whenever I see these congregating anywhere, I call them and they are within 24 hours usually. The big thing I know that there is an allergy in the house and that makes it very serious. They tried to get guy, it may not be the guy who normally comes out; but they will get someone. It's a flat monthly rate and they will come out as many times I call them. I always have contract for 2 years. The guy who was here, he was very knowledgeable. I have seen anything else since then. I will continue to use the service in the future.

i decided to cancel my contract with them. they are non responsive to requests for additional service. they have a lot of exclusions such as "carpenter bees" from their contract. The manager told me that "no company covers carpenter bees or flying pests in their contract services." The first 2 companies I called on Angie's list both cover flying pests, including carpenter bees. So I gave up on Orkin and went with one of the other companies highly rated on Angie's list. Brand recognition is just not worth it.
