Jennifer was fantastic! She worked the entire time she was at my home without even the smallest break and was respectful of my input and requirements for working in my home. She really helped me to purge or store items I was not currently using or would not use in the future to reduce the clutter in my home. I trusted her completely in my home and would highly recommend her to anyone. I have used her on three separate occasions for three different projects and I was pleased with the results each time. Well worth the money and she saved me a TON of time in doing these projects on my own

Her name is Janice and she is awesome. I spent way too much, around $1000 on that work. She came and we made a plan. She sat down with me and made suggestions if I must keep some things or not. She did not bully me or make me feel like I had to do anything.

It went well. I run my business from my home, and I was literally running out of room. Janice helped me go through boxes that were literally piled to the ceiling from emptying my storage unit. She helped me sort out and organize both business and home items, such as office supplies, and home house ware. It was amazing how she created a space for everything and got it out of the way. Her organizing opened up my apartment and created space that I didn't have before. Janice is a pleasure to work with. She is pleasant and amiable and definitely understands how we get ourselves buried in stacks of boxes, paperwork, or household items. But, the important thing is that she can fix it--and she did! Janice rocks! This woman changed my life. She not only helped with organizing my house - I also attribute my improved mental and physical health and well being to her assistance. Her decluttering and organizing skills are amazing. She does not judge at all and her ability to guide me through the organizing/decluttering process was stellar. I had really gotten myself into a very cluttery mess in many rooms in my home and the basement was particularly challenging, but Janice lead me quickly through the process to sort through all of my junk, belongings and trash. Janice changed my life. I moved into my apartment in Oct. of 2015 and had yet to unpack all the way when I called her in May of 2016. As a busy graduate student, every time I came home to my apartment, I felt like the mess was too big and I couldn't tackle it, so I didn't. The first time Janice came to my place, she assured me that the giant disaster that was my apartment could be managed. I was skeptical because every single other time I've had an organizer come to my house they do the work once and they are gone. I've never been able to maintain a clean, organized house. I was really nervous the first time she came over because I was so embarrassed by how horrible my place looked. She assured me that she has seen worse and this could be done. Janice and I started out small, tackling easy projects as we got to know each other. We worked side by side and she helped me break down the large problem into small pieces, so the project of organizing didn't seem so big. She helped me devise systems that support my current habits while making my apartment tidy. She has helped me make my space feel like home. I have managed to keep the apartment clean and organized. Every day when I walk into my apartment after a long day at school and work, I am amazed that I live in such a clean, organized place. Janice is warm and kind. She's wonderful to talk to and she doesn't just care about cleaning up your space, she cares about you as a whole person. We had combined our belongings from two different households, and were trying to make things fit into our newest space. Despite our best efforts, life kept interfering with our ability to make this happen in a good way. As Oprah says, "your house should rise up to greet you" when returning home each day. That was not happening in our case, and we felt it was time to seek some professional advice and help. After reviewing Angie's List, we decided to consult with Ultimately Organized. Jennifer, from UO, came and gave us an assessment of our organizing needs. We discussed a plan for making this happen. Based upon Jennifer's advice and approach, we decided to hire her for the job. This has been our best decision of the year! Jennifer arrived each day on time, and ready to jump into action. She worked from the time she arrived until she left (she makes the Energizer Bunny look lazy in comparison.) She had a game plan in mind for each day's targeted space, discussing it with us each time before starting. She worked right along side us each and every step of the way. She has wonderful ideas for creating great living spaces, incorporating our unique needs and wishes into a plan of action. She was upbeat and positive through the entire process. She took something we thought to be near impossible (and full of drudgery!) and made it completely doable in a very positive way. In just 35 hours Jennifer gave us our home back! What more can we say

Vicki is a wonder. She came into a rather disorganized home office and with little time spent on instruction, dug right in and is almost finished getting all of my files from the early nineties to present filed appropriately and binned. I joined Angie's List with the goal of finding a professional organizer - and I struck gold. I called Karen in a panic - I was having appliance problems & water leaks in my kitchen - the fact that the only storage areas in my house, to move things to, were filled to the brim with junk was just adding to the insanity. My first appointment with her was to work on the laundry room, Success! We accomplished in 4 hours what I hadn't been able to accomplish alone in the last year. Yesterday she was here to work on the basement. Success again. I can now walk through my entire basement and find the things I wanted to keep, on my shelves- there is no longer junk everywhere and I've gained tons of storage space - for the items that I really do want. I've had to show the space off to my friends, and they are incredulous. I really have no idea how she can accomplish all she does, in such a short amount of time. Karen is very professional. Completely respectful of my belongings and any emotions attached to them. She is prompt, fast working and extremely helpful. I'm not sure why I feel so tired after her trips to my house- as she really does almost all the work. If you're reading this review there is a good chance you have the same problems with organization that I do. Believe me when I tell you that Karen has truly been a Godsend. Is it hard to acknowledge that I have to pay someone to do something that I should be able to do on my own? Absolutely. Is it worth the price to hire an organizer? Oh, Heck Yeah!! (she has a coupon on Angie's list - be sure to use it!) I could go on - but I think you get the idea..

Let's call it "inspiring". Lynda's energy and enthusiasm is contagious. She's respectful and patient, but confident and firm... an interesting combo! She didn't hesitate to dig right in. Came equipped with folded boxes, labels, bags, gloves, and even a dust mask (smart). Cleared closets, basement and other spaces, sorted my "stuff" into obvious trash, likely donations, each of my adult kids' items, and the most fun was resurrecting numerous interesting (and some valuable!) things I'd all but forgotten I had. She nudged me along in inspecting and purging the piles, and helped me deliver donations to my local SVDP. Lynda makes beautiful flower art from salvaged materials, which is the reason for her company moniker, and her talent comes through in her use of the art and decor items I already own… staging various rooms, and with my blessing she even purchased and brought in some other items to compliment my decor. She turned my house back into a home... and I even have a small cozy "library" now, which had been a nursery off the master bedroom. I am actually reconsidering my move now. Not finished yet, and I really look forward to her visits to keep pecking-away at it. I even keep lemon-ginger tea on hand for her! Lynda’s motto is "Reduce. Reorganize. Rediscover.", and it's perfect for what she’s doing for me. Granted, this is not an inexpensive process… but the weight lifted from me is worth more than any vacation I’ve ever taken. I can’t wait to see what she does with my Christmas decorations

Stephan Louis worked on my house in Indian Hill Ohio from September 2013 through March of 2014. During this time he performed a variety of repairs on the home as well as overseeing the work of a number of third party contractors that were brought in to perform specialty jobs on the property. He remodeled 6 bathrooms and made a number of improvements in the house to prepare for it for sale. Throughout the process, Stephan ensured a high quality outcomes. I was living out of state at the time of the work and Stephan was trusted with complete access to my property at all times. He ensured that the property was secure and protected while a number of people were brought in to do work in support of the project. He personally ensured the quality of work and timeliness of completion of work by contractors who were brought in for specialty jobs. He dealt with realtors who brought customers to the property and did a great job in ensuring that my needs were met during the remodeling and sales processes. Stephan allowed me to work directly with him and was flexible and supportive as design choices were made. He made very good recommendations for changes and enhancements to the property which ultimately helped with its sale. I grew to trust Stephan a great deal. He pays close attention to details and is very cost-conscious in the decisions he made for the property. When he could save me money, he did so in the way that I would have had I been there. He is knowledgeable and versatile and a great deal. I highly recommend Stephan Louis

Jenny is decisive and persuasive, and I was amazed at how much she convinced me to get rid of, either by donating, recycling or throwing out. She even volunteered to take things to Goodwill or to be recycled, which was above and beyond, in my opinion. She really helped me declutter the place
