I'm back again to write a positive review for Adam and his crew. This time I had my bathroom remodeled and as promised...I love it. There's no job too big for this team to work on. Adam knew going into this project about the plumbing issues and he assured me that they can fix them. And fix them he did. Great job! Thanks for everything. I recommended Adas Interior to my friend, and now she is having her bathroom remodeled

Damian proved again that he is one of the best contractor on the market. We hired him to do basement and bathroom remodeling. After the first great experience we were certain that he will take care of every detail of the project. As the last time, he and his people were ready to answer all our questions. And again job was done on time and on budget. Highly recommend for any remodeling project

If you have any sort of dignity and self-respect, do not hire this company to complete any projects in your bathroom! The 5 star reviews posted on the business website are biased and handselected (notice how there are NO reviews below 5 stars listed there), but read reviews on BBB and Google and notice a difference in experience. The unprofessionalism, lack of reliability, incompetence, and poor adherence to company standards by Mr. Aaron Rodriguez not only casts poorly on his duty as an Account Manager, a but also on Tiger Bath Solutions. That not only would he make false claims to save face, but make attempts to stall a resolution. I do not have the time, nor mental energy to wait on his terms when I had requested a refund of my deposit multiple times. This entire problem could have been avoided if appropriate measurements were taken, and later verified and/or corrected by a Measure Technician before the installation date. Instead, Mr. Rodriguez did not establish that a Measure Technician would visit our home. And when this problem (the model to be installed was too large to fit in our bathroom) occurred, he did not take the proper steps to escalate and resolve the issue. During the entire 15 minute phone conversation, his tone was rather insincere, because I knew prior to speaking with him that management had spoken with him about the problem. He seemed rather ignorant, stumped and not very apologetic about the inconvenience this caused to me and my family. Especially inconveniencing 3 hours of our time during the consultation with false promises. A true con-artist, who is unable to take responsibility for his actions, nor show any concern for his customers. I will not be a fool and install an obviously flawed product into my home. A product so flawed that even the two contractors who entered my home to install and, and members of the Production Team, warned that the installation would not look professional and result in other unnecessary changes to our bathroom

Marius and his team were professional from beginning to end. As owners, we supplied most items (vanity, toilets, accessories, tiles) and Marius and his team provided the labor and installation for a powder room and guest bathroom remodel. He was able to complete the work earlier than anticipated, too, which was a bonus

I purchased my house on February 24th and Bartosz and his crew started working on it almost right away. Even though I experienced some delays while trying to close on the house, Bartosz was very understanding and flexible with me and made himself available almost asap after my closing. They gutted both kitchen and bathroom, upgraded plumbing and electrical including new can lights through out, extra safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and new fan lights in bedrooms. Bartosz reconfigured my kitchen and now it's bigger, modern, more functional and everything looks amazing. He installed new soaker tub in the bathroom, glass tiles in the tub surround and porcelain on the floor. He replaced all doors, including two entry doors, and upgraded trims through out the house. They also replaced a couple of old, leaking Windows and since I followed his advice and used his supplier I was able to save a few bucks. I'm extremely satisfied with his services and can't wait till Bartosz and his crew come back and build my basement for me in January

We have used Budget Right Kitchens and Budget Right Handyman multiple times and have always been very happy with the whole process! They most recently did a bathroom remodel for us. Made an appointment for estimate for bathroom remodel with John Hickey, he said he would call back the day prior to confirm the time. He did not call nor did he call or show up the following day. I called again the morning of the appointment and again received no call back. I have not ever heard from them again after my initial call. This is extremely poor service and rude

Randy's Remodeling & Construction

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A DELAY IN BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT (SMALL BATHROOM REMODEL), RANDY PROVIDED US WITH WONDERFUL RESULTS WITHIN HIS SPECULATED TIME FRAME. WE ARE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. HE WAS FLEXIBLE, ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND TIDY. HIS WIFE, DAWN, WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR INQUIRY CALLS. ONE WORD OF ADVICE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS FOLLOW (OF COURSE, WE DIDN'T REALIZE IT AT THE TIME SINCE IT WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE IN RENOVATION) IS THAT IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC IDEAS AND NEEDS FOR FIXTURES, ETC., THOSE EXPECTATIONS SHOULD BE DISCUSSED AT THE FIRST MEETING PRIOR TO THE PRESENTATION OF THE QUOTE - RATHER THAN FACTORING IN UPGRADES LATER. THE PROCESS BECOMES VERY EMOTIONAL, AND NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT DISCUSSION OF THE EXPECTATIONS EARLY ON JUST MAKES SENSE

PDQ Construction

Contacted PDQ along with other contractors to get bids to fix up my fathers house. They overall gave me the best feeling along with a reasonable price. Duane came in and reviewed all of our wants and needs and provided us with a complete quote at a reasonable price, His price was below what others quoted and he was very pleasant and thorough with what the cost would be. He showed up and completed a bathroom remodel and Basement remodel. His attention to detail was nice to see, being a military guy I am a real stickler, and nit picky about work that is done. He completed the project on time and within our budget. If I still lived in Chicago Burbs I would definitely use his services again. Thanks for making a big job less stressful for my father and I, and providing a quality product

DETAIL KITCHENS

Truly I cannot say enough about the staff of Detail Kitchens. It is a family business and they all really know their business. A few years ago Arlene and George helped me with the updating of my kitchen and I was very pleased with the result. Although they do not remodel bathrooms, they referred me to John Then, a tile contractor who helped me with the bathroom gut remodel
Our guest bathroom was totally remodeled and the work done was stellar. I would hire and recommend HandyMan Pros, especially Ken and Dain Boyd. Their professionalism and knowledge was key for our project and their advice was spot on. Highly recommended.
The first time we used Bath & Kitchen Experts, they remodeled our kitchen and i was amazing. The second time around for a bathroom upgrade one year later? Even better! The quality of their workmanship is top notch; you can tell these guys really care about providing only qualified professionals who will be friendly too (not like those other contractors) There's no job too big or small for them. Just check out how many stars each review has before deciding whether its right for your home renovation needs. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY !
I hired Samanco to remodel a 10' x 7' full bathroom. The subfloor around and under the tub was water-damaged, spongy, squeaky and required repair/replacement. The 32 year old bathroom needed updating, brighter lighting, water-saving fixtures, and better ventilation. The work took 9 workdays and was completed 10 days ago, on budget and ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is superb, and the makeover is stunning. Owners Dan and Tommie were a pleasure to work with, and it was clear from their first assessment of our bathroom that they knew how to fix it properly. Tommie (with her practiced eye for design, lighting, and color) patiently worked with me to select cabinets, lighting and paint colors. The work was done almost exclusively by miracle worker Robert, some days assisted by Camille. They were both professional, punctual, pleasant, hard-working and neat. The work done consisted of labor and materials to: - gut out tub/shower area including soffit - remove vanity, toilet, wall cabinet, pendant lights, vent fan, vanity mirror - demo floor, remove/replace damaged subflooring - reframe tub/shower area - install Durock floor, including under bathtub - install Durock tub walls, adding cutout for 24" x 14" cubby - install (customer supplied) new tub, new tub/shower faucet set - install shut-off valves to tub supply lines - install 3 recessed LED can lights in ceiling, including one over the shower - install GFI outlet - install (customer supplied) automatic humidity-sensing vent fan - install (customer supplied) floor tile, wall tile, accent tile - install (customer supplied) baseboard and shoe molding - install (customer supplied) vanity cabinet, wall cabinet, cabinet hardware - install (customer supplied) toilet, vanity top and sink, sink faucet set - wire for and install (customer supplied) wall-mounted vanity light - reinstall existing vanity mirror - prime and paint ceiling and walls - install (customer supplied) towel rack, towel ring, TP holder, robe hooks, door stop - install (customer supplied) grab bars in shower I had to select and pay separately for all the items listed above as "customer supplied". The good thing about that is that it allowed me to control costs of the items by shopping sales, using rebates, etc. The bad is that, since I didn't already know what I wanted, the task of selecting all these products was overwhelming. I wasted more than two weeks doing on-line research and wandering around the big box stores before I called Samanco for help. Once I did that, things started to quickly fall into place. Their office administrator, Cindy, directed me to tile stores that offered design consultations. I made an appointment at Floor & Decor for a free design consultation and was able to find the floor, wall, bullnose and accent tile within an hour. Tommie came out with photos of bathroom makeovers that Samanco had done, cabinet samples and quartz samples from their recommended fabricators, and I was able to select cabinets and countertop within another hour. I did use Samanco's recommended fabricators for the semi-custom maple Shaker-style cabinets ($1,553) and the quartz countertop with undermount sink ($770) and am very happy with their quality, their price, and the quick turn-around time to get them made. The total cost of Samanco labor and supplies was approximately $9,000. The cost of "customer supplied items" totaled about $4,500. I also had my preferred roofer install a new roof vent and ducting for the new bath fan, adding another $450 cost to the project. The total cost for the remodel came to almost $14,000. The remodeled bathroom came together beautifully. I hired Samanco based on their Angie's List reviews. I am happy to add my own and highly recommend this company
Working with Homewise Remodelers was an amazing experience from bid to finish. My wife and I had just bought a condo 4 months prior. We had bought it knowing that the kitchen and flooring needed to be remodeled. We had never gone through working with a general contractor before so we meticulously researched. Everyone told us that contractors were unreliable, never finish on time, and expect to pay up to 20% over the initial quote. Going in with this expectation, I spent hours looking for Chicago contractors on Angie's List and Thumbtack. We settled on 7 different contractors to get bids from. The entire job cost was quoted to us from $30,000 to $80,000 depending on the contractor. Mirek (Homewise Remodeling) was head and feet above all of the other contractors we interviewed in every way. He was the fastest to come in to survey. He was very big picture and honest upfront. His communication skills were unmatched by all of the other contractors we met. He was meticulous with detail and talked us out of doing things in a more expensive way. We received computer comps from the 3 final contractors we liked. Only Mirek's had every single detail we discussed and was spot-on. The others missed half the things we said and worse, their measurements were off. We initially were thinking of going with the cheapest contractor but quickly realized after talking to them for a week that they were extremely unreliable and were going to likely overcharge things on the back end and not do things correctly (which I found was the case in many of their reviews on Thumbtack. They either asked for more money or quit on the project halfway through). Homewise Remodelers quoted less than the 50th percentile of quote prices. So Homewise was not the cheapest choice but also definitely not even close to the most expensive quote we got. But based on what I know now, it was the best choice in terms of being done right, timely, with the highest quality, and with no surprise costs. You get what you pay for. When it came to doing the job, Mirek used very thorough and timely subcontractors for flooring. Mirek would frequently show up at our condo to troubleshoot things with the cabinet installation guys. We discovered that the floor-to-ceiling height on one side of our kitchen was 1.5" off from the opposite side. Mirek planned with the carpenters to sightly grade the cabinets across the room in such a way that the counter-tops ended up perfectly balanced across, and appeared flush from floor to ceiling as if the condo was actually built level. The attention to detail was astounding from start to finish. Homewise Remodelers finished our project 1 week early, for exactly the price quoted (plus $1000) for changes we wanted mid-project), and it came out better than we imagined. We had such an amazing experience with them that 1.5 years later we knew we had to hire them to do our bathroom renovation as well
This was our first remodeling project, and we were very nervous. We met with 13 different contractors/companies, and Matt was our favorite from the very beginning. He was by far the most responsive, and we liked his friendly, energetic personality. We did have to wait several months to get on his schedule, but it wasn't a big deal for us because we were getting financing through our bank and had to wait for that anyway. We actually looked at it as a good sign that he was busy! The remodeling started in May and was projected to take about 8 weeks. Demolition was messy, but that is to be expected and Matt and his crew did a great job of containing the dust as much as possible---to be honest, it wasn't as bad as I expected. We allowed them to use our garage to put the debris instead of getting a dumpster, and that worked great. After the demolition, a truck came and hauled everything away. During the demolition of the kitchen and family room ceilings, they discovered that the floor underneath the 2nd floor was badly damaged with broken joists, and had not been properly reinforced when the upstairs was remodeled before we owned the house. Matt was honest with us that it really wasn't a very safe situation, and we quickly worked out a plan to replace the floors, reinforcing the joists and laying new plywood to make things more stable--this added an extra several days of work, but Matt was very fair in his pricing for the added expense. That was really the only major added expense, besides a few small things here and there. Everything from that point on went really smoothly. His crew of guys are wonderful----very polite, respectful, and extremely hardworking. We actually came to like having them around every day----they were great with our kids and our dog, which was nice. They were on time every single morning at 7am, worked until 5pm, and were even here most Saturdays. They work very fast, which we loved. Matt was great about letting us know what supplies to purchase and have ready for the next phase. His price covers the cost of labor and rough materials. We had to buy all the finishes, such as tile, flooring, fixtures, etc. Matt was very helpful in recommending places to check out, and we ended up using his recommendations for glass shower doors and granite. I can honestly say that I had heard horror stories about contractors, and I didn't experience any of that with Matt---he was a pleasure to work with---always smiling and energetic with a very positive attitude. He was very responsive---if I called, texted, or emailed, he got back to me right away, and was very patient with me when I had questions or concerns. He was very involved in the project and made sure that he was there at least once a day to check in, go over things with me, and monitor the progress. We are happy with the quality of work, and everything looks beautiful. There were a few minor touch ups after the project ended, and Matt took care of them no problem. The project finished on time, even though there were a few things that we added that added extra days. Matt was very, very fair in his pricing considering the amount of work that was done, and especially when it came to the additional things added to the project----I do not feel like he took advantage of us in any way, or try to "nickel and dime" us. I genuinely trusted him, and still do. It is obvious that Matt really cares about his customers, and wants them to be happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him----they really made our first remodeling project a pleasant experience. We absolutely love our new spaces, and we will for sure be using them again when we remodel our basement
I can't say enough about the ease of this remodel - especially during the pandemic. Detailed proposal better than any I received. Any changes to the work were updated promptly. Questions answered thoroughly and suggestions and the reasoning behind them were easily understood. Project was completed on time. Great value for the money! Will use on future projects without hesitation
The entire team was very professional. We live in a condo building and didn't receive any complaints about them from our neighbors. They were able to work around the limited amount of space we had. After they finished, we only had a couple of minor issues for our punch up list which they quickly resolved
From beginning to the end the project went smoothly. Will have them remodel my master bathroom. The install went fine and finished before expected. I had a follow issue with a pipe a few days after the remodel. The contractor was great and helped me out greatly. The guy I talked to on the phone was a d*** tho. I wasn’t fighting having to pay but he was getting loud about it. Trying to convince me to pay and I had to stop him or he would of kept going. If that was my first interactions with this company I would of not had the work done
This is our third bathroom remodel with Masters, and it was the high-quality work and experience we have come to expect. Having a one-stop shop for selection of materials and fixtures is invaluable for us. We also have (intentionally) had the same professional doing the actual work for all three of our jobs. He is not only great at what he does, but we enjoy having him in our home when he is working with us. Great job again Masters
Aki has done several projects for us and every time has done an excellent job. He has built custom shelves for us in our basement for storage, a book shelf, and custom toy storage. He has also done interior painting, exterior deck painting, installing outdoor lighting and assembling complex bunk beds that were custom ordered. He has also done some electrical work for us. He is very responsive and attentive
Never considered my condo a bunker until work began - 3 of 4 walls were concrete! This alone added extra labor to the demo & caused several design challenges/adjustments along the way. Although frustrating at times, all was handled in a timely & professional manner. The job was comleted in 6dys & the compliments poured in. (I do not know how to send a photo yet, but hope to update). I was quite pleased with the work done
I have to apologize for the F that was given to row construction, I made a mistake in the names, actually Ryan Rowe was very helpful courteous and very responsiveness, I do apologize for the mistake, I know how these ratings are very important for future customers, again Ryan Rowe is a great person with great integrity. Gerry Nig
The experience was exceptional and I knew exactly what to expect going forward. Prices were fantastic, and the contractor provided prompt and excellent communication and performance. I couldn't be happier with the experience, from start to finish, and I adore my new kitchen! Highly recommend Save on Kitchens
We hired Luis Flooring & More to expand and remodel our master bathroom. It was a pretty big project and we had done the design on our own. With Luis' help we modified the bathroom and shower plans to create our dream bathroom. Luis and his crew were always courteous and on time to work on the job. The tile work in the bathroom, floor and shower turned out really great and he is a perfectionist. This can lead to the job taking a bit longer but he is determined to get it just right which we really appreciated. I'd recommend this company for any work you have, specifically tile
It went very smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home. Richard was very easy to work with. Richard and his co-worker are pleasant, punctual and certainly do an excellent job. I have had many compliments on the bathroom remodel.
We love our new master bath! Working with Peter during the challenges of COVID and what it did to the supply chain was easy. And the results speak for themselves! He and his team addressed any issues of the construction immediately and swiftly to resolve.

What do customers in Chicago say about Remodel Small Bathroom?
The acrylic surfaces that they use for bathroom upgrades are the best thing to happen to me in a long while. I hate bathroom wall chippings, but since I engaged them, I haven’t experienced this problem.
