Gary Fuller was very quick to arrive and informed me of work needing to be done. PSI into home was dangerously high, he investigated water line and found faulty main pressure regulator valve. Also replaced worn out water heater. Very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as personable. Competitive pricing and would definitely hire for additional projects

Still in the process of drying out. Came to the rescue at 2am. Rahid came in the middle of the night and did the disinfecting, Grady and Joey did the heavy stuff - ripping up flooring, tile and drywall, the boss came in to assess the problem with electrical issues, Jason and Richard came with the electrical solution. Now the fans and dehumidifiers are doing their thing. This is the first time I've ever had to deal with this type of issue. All and all, Floodmasters is a great company to work with. Very professional and considerate

Heath came at the end of a long day. The office kept me informed of when I could expect him as another job had delayed him. Even though my job was going to take three hours, he still stayed to finish and took pains to make sure the wall and ceiling destruction would be in areas that would be covered by the new cabinets. Everything was installed with great care and precision.He even cleaned out the filter on my kitchen faucet when he noticed it wasn't running well. I couldn't be happier with the courtesy and accomodation that was given to me

Gary called around and said a good pump would be $225.00 but if I wanted to he could get a lesser quality one from Home Depot for about half that amount. We told him to go with the good one so he went and got it and when he started installing it he found the original job was so badly done the check valve was questionable and the piping was badly aligned; so he went ahead and fixed that as he had a check valve and piping on the truck. He thoroughly tested the pump, cleaned up and removed the old pump. He also told us that the Sump and Elevator pumps were on the same 20amp circuit and said we needed to watch the breaker as it was possible that if both pumps were on at the same time it may blow the breaker. This is the fifth time we have used Gary and every time he has thoroughly exceeded our expectations, he has always been on time and never left a mess, he is the best plumber we have come across and would recommend him to anyone

They are not too far from me. They had to get some different equipment to come to my house, so they were not particularly punctual, but they did a good job though. We have not had a problem with the drain. The price was really expensive but that was expected - I knew it was going to be really high. They probably deserve to be paid high because I sure would not know how to do what they can do. I probably would not use them in the future

I was very surprised and pleased that Maurice responded so quickly to our requests, in the emergency and doing the scheduled work. Maurice arrived about 7pm in the evening for the emergency work, left at 8:30pm and returned the next morning at 9am to take up the carpet and dry the concrete floors. When he came for the scheduled visit, he explained that the work would take about 2 days, and what he would be doing each day. He mounted the TV and installed the blinds on the first day taking time out to repair a loose board on the deck. He finished about 3pm. Maurice arrived at 10:00am the next day to clean the carpet completing that about 1:30pm. He then gave us instructions on the aftercare, and had us check the work to make sure we were satisfied before we paid him

The technician was very professional and personable. We had used another company inthe past and their product didn't work so I was really please to finally have a system that softened our water. One of the things I had noticed was that my skin and hair had become extremely dry and brittle. Also our shower door and stainless stell sink always had a white film on the surface. Not anymore. My hair is one again soft and shiney and my skin also feels much better. Wish we had used this company years ago. They also offer refurbished units which are less expensive but work just as well,as the new ones. Highly recommend this company.
