They gave me an estimate. They finished it on time. They did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned up when they were finished. They even made sure the dogs didn't get into anything. This was my second time to use them and 2 years ago they reinforced the roof trusses and did repairs on the house. I highly recommend them

WE MET EUGENE (AMISH) AT THE HOME & GARDER SHOW DURING THE EARLY SPRING MONTHS & COMPARED HIS WORK TO A NUMBER OF OTHER AMISH TOOL SHED PROVIDERS. THE SHED WAS DELIVERED TO SITE IN PIECES. EVERYTHING WAS CONSTRUCTED ON SITE & WITHIN A HALF DAY. THE VINYL SIDING, ROOF, DOORS, & WINDOWS WERE ALL CUSTOM INSTALLED THAT DAY. SITE WAS CLEANED UP & WORK WAS METICULOUS

I was moving from out-of-state and needed a shed to replace the dilapidated one at the house we were buying. Joseph was very helpful in answering my questions. Due to the lot size and shape, we needed a 8' deep, but 16' wide shed to best utilize the available space. Because it was going to be near the ranch-style house with low-profile roof, it was important that the shed not 'over-power' the house. Joseph recommended the Oxford with it's Saltbox style roof. After moving into the house and getting settled (over two months since initial discussion), I scheduled the build. They still had my info and knew what I wanted. Like others have said, the materials arrived exactly when stated, and one of their builders came and built the shed himself. This is a quality build that feels extremely solid and designed to last. Feels more like a garage. They even put the floor joists 12" on center! This is an amazing group to work with, and they obviously have pride in their product!

Matt was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He came, measured, and gave me an estimate in a folder with all the supporting certifications and insurance information that I would have asked for. After reviewing the estimate, I asked for additional insulation to be be placed on the sun room roof. He revised the estimate quickly. The very professional crew of 5 men worked on the 42 squares of roof for three days. Since thunder storms pop up every day this time of year, I was pleased to see that they stripped, and placed new shingles on sections of the roof at a time. This made it easy to cover the exposed section when rain showers came. The crew was very professional. They all knew their jobs and performed them well. Vicki coordinated the crew and answered any questions that I had during the project. After the job was complete, Matt came out and performed a thorough inspection of the completed job. Matt's Roofing and Gutters is a first class company and I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a new roof

Contracted for a shed on my property. They appeared very professional at first. Came out on a Saturday morning to see the site and take measurements for a quote. The office manager was prompt in getting a detailed contract to me and was responsive when I needed info for the building permit. After that, the professionalism disappeared. The contracted start date came with no call/email update. When they hadn't shown by 10AM, I called them and was told they were behind a couple of weeks. But couldn't find the time to let me know this. When they did finally get started 5 weeks later, the work was shabby: - the shed sits crooked with respect to the property lines. - the shed didn't pass required city inspection the first time. The guy sent someone else out to correct the problems. That guy said he has to correct issues all the time for this guy. - now it's raining and I'm finding that the roof leaks; apparently the ridge vent was put on crooked. Save your money and stay away from this guy

Gary was a breath of fresh air after having other less professional contractors in our home. He was very prompt and courteous and even called to let me know that he was running a few minutes late. Mr. Moore came to my home very timely as promised. He repaired the back door knob lock at the frame so it would stay lock when locked. He replaced a new door knob to my den door. I had the new door knob . I asked more questions about carpentry work to repair a broken drawer to a chest of doors I had for years. He gave me an honest answer to replace the old chest of drawers with a new one. I believe the cost of repair would not be worth the sentimental value. He said it would be costly to repair the roof of my outdoor shed because of the way it was built. I believed him and decided to keep doing what I have done about the roof of the shed. Patch my way. It's working well enough right now

Better Bilt Buildings
The garage build went badly. Once the project started, they were numerous delays and poor quality work that had to be redone. The shingles were incorrectly installed and the building had to be completely re-roofed, the siding was not installed according to the plans and had to be reinstalled, the garage door contractor took 4 attempts to get the proper tracks onsite and installed and adjusted, the concrete crew cleaned their tools in my grass, the concrete truck cracked the existing driveway, the concrete truck cleaned out his truck in my front yard and better-bilt left it there for 5 weeks, the landscaping was poorly done, etc. It was an overall lack of attention to detail from top to bottom. His crew never put in a 30 hour work week and when i questioned this I was told that I should have put it in the contract if I expected a 40 hr work week. Really? There is a dispute about the amount billed for the concrete poured and i withheld <1% of the total $30K+ on the final draw. I asked the owner to meet me to resolve the issue but he refused. He became extremely angry and threatened me with a liable/slander lawsuit if I continued to speak my opinion about the build and initially said he would not honor the warranty if I didn't pay. He has still refused to attempt to settle the dispute as of this writing. I am currently waiting for warranty work on the concrete that has recently cracked in 3 places and will have to be repoured. I have had no response from their office to fix this defect after several weeks and email. I would never use their company again nor recommend them to anyone. If you elect to use them, i suggest that you put language in the contract to protect the completion date, materials and expected hours to be worked and have someone inspect and review every step of the project as it is being built. As long as you never question the owner about money or project details, he is nice

Some of the work anticipated in the estimate was not required such as retiling around the bathrooms windows as they were able to salvage most of the existing tile and match the broken ones. In addition, they noticed some items in need of repair that were not anticipated in the estimate, discussed them with me, and took care of those while they were here.. I was pleased that they didn't do unnecessary work and that they made the appropriate adjustment to the bill with no argument

The equipment was positioned and set up exactly the way we requested. Mr. Mearis reviewed the features and operation of each piece of equipment. He then took the time to monitor our initial operation of the equipment. After our aforementioned test drive, Mr Mearis gave us the User Guides, equipment manuals, the manufacturer warranty documents and his guarantee regarding his services. Bill and Adriana are very professional. They also had to coordinate construction while we simultaneously built a swimming pool too in the same area, so it was alternating contractors at first. All of this was shoehorned into a small space, and site layout had to be exact, which they did! The crew was very courteous being on the site for 6 months. With any construction project there are always unexpected unknowns, but Ace addressed them promptly. If there was any defect, it was fixed right away. The final product turned out great

Bought the shed at Home Depot and it was delivered and installed by Sheds USA. The people who arranged the delivery were so helpful and understood that most people don't get a shed delivered everyday. They walked me through the entire process and set up a date and time just 11 days from when I ordered! Remember this shed was custom made! The guys that came to build my shed were polite and friendly and boy did they work as a team! The shed was done in a little over two hours and my yard was spic and span! I get so many compliments on my shed and I'm sure several of my neighbors have ordered one as well. My only regret was not getting a bigger one

Before hiring Jean-Louis, I had invested quite a bit of money to get the apartment finished, so I could rent it. I paid countless contractors over the course of several years, but it still wasn't finished and looked hideous. I contacted him on the recommendation of a friend, only because of an appraisal, I had coming up. I'm so glad that I did, because I can hardly believe it's the same place! You could tell he was putting a lot of thought into it, as he made several suggestions, that were inexpensive improvements on what I wanted done. He was pleasant, prompt and he and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves, when the work was finished. I definitely got my money's worth and then some

If your on a budget, Then call this company, They are phenomenal. This company will work with in your budget, time frame, and you also get a outstanding group of people who are pleasant, respectful, that take their work serious. You get personal in site on how and what they are doing. Down to the last penny. They exceeded at all my expectation and more. If they run into a problem they trouble shoot it very well. I felt like they where family, I felt so comfortable at what and who was in my home working. That if I had to run out I knew they wouldn't slack off, I enjoyed having this company work for me. That never happens. If you have a project that you started and can't finish call this company. I know I will call again and again for all my home repairs, or remodel. I as a paying consumer who really checks price's and companies would highly reconsider calling anyone else. Coming from a home owner that is on a budget, Don't have much time for projects to get finished, they where a God sent to me. This is a company that you should really at least give a chance to. They did my dining area, tore walls down, put new ones up, painted and even hung a new chandelier up. Plus they are very clean. All the work they did, removing and all the debris and cleaned the floors and all. They are well worth calling for a free estimated. I can't say enough about how great, awesome, beautiful my dining area came out. Looks like the magazine page I gave them. This is a company at least for me if I had to rate them on a scale 0-10, well they are a 10, hands down. I could go on and on about Centric contractors. I Thank all who worked here from the bottom of my heart and it is so good knowing their are still Contractors out there that are honest, and trust worthy, and do out standing work
