It did not go well. They did not want to give a detailed estimate and he said they would take care me. They told me they were going to take out the old carport and they were going to put in a net carport tilted away from the house to avoid water going down into the basement. They ended up pouring concrete on top of the concrete already there and it is not tilted away from the house. The water pools near the house when it rains. When I tried to put a welcome mat down, it gets totally soaked. The dirt comes down from the hill into the carport. I paid over $10,000 and i regret hiring this company

The owner, Humberto, was very friendly and responsive. Due to a quick turnaround, I did not get multiple estimates, but his price seemed fair (a couple hundred dollars higher than what I suspected based on looking at estimates online). The crew spent 2 days at the house. The first day they poured concrete and the second day they laid the stone for the patio. Afterwards, they cleaned up. Overall, Ramos did an excellent job and I would use him again for any concrete needs

The supervisor kept us informed and answered all of our questions. We had concern that the newly poured concrete would get stepped on as our drive is a school bus stop so they blocked it with saw horses and yellow caution tape. They charged us less than the estimate was.

Raphael and his crew gave a very competitive estimate, showed up on time and on the date requested. They removed all the old materials and took them away, then formed in and poured a new concrete walk and steps to our requirements and finished it nicely. I met with Bill Sudlow on the 25th. to lay out the new driveway. He poured the driveway ( 1,400 S.F.) the next day. They removed all the forms and cleaned up before they left. The concrete finish is perfect! This was the best investing towards curb appeal I could've made. We are very happy!!!!!!!!
