  Hutzel Construction made this entire project painless. At every step of the process, they handled it with a high level of professionalism. Communication was excellent from their first site visit to the finished product. I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner, Jeff Hutzel, came along with his project manager, Kim, to be involved in the estimating process. He was very honest and upfront in setting our expectations for what could be done in the most cost-effective manner. The project involved completely re-doing the drywall, flooring, and painting in the master bedroom and the master bathroom, as well as painting two other bathrooms. Hutzel's crew took extra care to preserve the original jacuzzi tub, despite Jeff telling us on the front end it was possible the tub could be damaged when they were replacing the tile around it. In my opinion, you can't go wrong hiring Hutzel Construction for your home improvement/renovation/repair projectshow more

  I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Hutzel. Everyone, from the demo crew to our project manager, Kim, were so very supportive and professional. Renovating a home is stressful, but knowing I had such a fantastic team behind me was assuring. Any issues—-they were minor and few—-were immediately addressed and rectified. We came to Hutzel after being burned by another contractor. We were made to feel encouraged that we were now in the right hands and love the work and expertise that was poured into our home. My family and I cannot thank Hutzel, and especially Kim, enough.   I hired Hutzel Construction, in particular, Jeff Hutzel, to do work for me this fall. From the beginning Jeff was very quick and helpful with giving me ideas on how to do the projects I wanted to do. He was able to understand what I wanted and create it exactly as I had envisioned it. Jeff has a very good eye for what looks good, what works and what will increase the value of your home. He was always easy to get a hold of and almost always got back with me promptly anytime I needed anything. The guys he had working with him were great. They were clean, respectfully, did excellent work and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. My project required a little imagination because it involved creating a doorway where there wasn't one and Jeff did an excellent job with that. I was very please with the work Jeff and his crew did and I was happy with what they charged. I felt their prices were fair and they always made sure a job was done right. It has been a couple weeks now since they completed the job and I had a few small things like a loose piece of flooring occurred, but I let them know and they were out within a day to fix it. I expect things like that to happen after a major project and as long as the contractor comes back and makes sure its the way it supposed to be without charging me I don't mind. Jeff always made sure that everything was completed the way I wanted it without cutting corners. If I do any more renovations in my home I will most certainly use Hutzel Construction and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring a contractorshow more

  I had completely gutted our upstairs bathroom when a family emergency and the realization that I didn't know what I was doing brought the job to a complete halt. Mr. Parker responded quickly and was willing to work with the materials we had on hand, but saved us about a thousand dollars by suggesting some changes in material choice. His ideas helped us come up with a great design that turned a dingy, leaky, 1973 bathroom into the nicest room in the house (according to my daughter). His crew and subcontractors did great work, which included rough carpentry, drywall, tiling, trim carpentry, cabinet and counter installation, painting, the electrical work and shower door installation. The family emergency had us running back and forth to the hospital for most of February on top of our normally busy schedules. There were several days that we just had to leave a key since we wouldn't be at home. I felt completely safe doing that. Bottom line: a great price for excellent work by skilled professionals I could trustshow more

  I had seen M&W's work at the Triad Center office complex in Memphis and wondered if they would even be interested in my little project. When I called and spoke to Tray Carter I learned they have an entire resdidential section that supplies mirror and glass in addition to their commercial section. Even though they are based in Atoka they are in Memphis all the time. Tray came out and measured for the mirror and it was installed within about 10 days. The process of installing the mirrors took about two hours; it was a lot more involved than I had imagined. M&W was very professional and concerned with the way it fit on the wall and the way it looked. They did a great jobshow more
