Pennie Rose plus her crew of four came in and did their thing. Pennie put a lot of our landscaping in many years ago. We now have her come in at least once a year to check the health of all the trees, bushes, flowers, etc and to trim, prune, move plants, plant new ones, and check the irrigation. The Davey Tree Expert Company
Avoid this company. The staff are the worst, I have not used them myself but this is my experience with two of it's crews. I just arrived home with my two young children to find one of Davey's trucks completely blocking my driveway while one of their guys was up in the lift cutting the tree. I honked the horn and another guy on the ground just waved at me. I jumped out to tell him it is ridiculous that he is blocking my entire driveway and he got totally up in my face screaming at me to be patient and acting as though he were about to hit me. Is this the normal Davey protocol? This is the second time I have had problems with Davey crews. One of it's commercial crews was here in the summer blocking our narrow street. The garbage truck was forced to veer wide to get past Davey's trucks which were blocking the street and knocked a large branch off one of my trees. Instead of just putting it through the wood chipper the crew simply left the branch hanging off my tree and tossed the smaller branches onto my property. I called and complained and got no response. I ended up having to saw the branch into small pieces and over the course of several weeks dispose of it in my compost bin. There are far better tree surgeons in the Easy Bay. I personally use Traverso and they are excellent. Avoid Davey if you value your neighbors. I can't speak for their work, but your neighbors will thank you not to use them
