LCD, Plasma & LED TV Repair in San Francisco

John was able to look at the pictures that I sent to him and said that it was not worth fixing. The unit has a bad panel and a new panel would run between $1200 to $1300 just for the parts. He said that he has seen this before on other sets but not on mine. In any case this does not lead me to feel real excited about buying another Samsung. Product. He suggested to stay away from LCD as Manufacturers will be moving to all LEC and Plasma. John was very helpful and I really appreciated not having to pay for a service call. Excellent. I called, Mr. Lee answered the phone. I explained the problem, he asked for the Model and Make number, which I provided. He asked a few more questions about the problem - then he told me that it was a common problem with this model and make, and that it was not worth fixing, since the defective part would cost ~$450. He suggested that instead of repairing it, I spend the money on a new TV. This advise correlated very well with other info' I had obtained from on-line forums. All when great. Tony is a very nice guy. I contacted him through is e-mail. He gave me an estimate for an in-house repair and we set the appointment by e-mail. Tony got to my place on time and fixed the power board of my TV there in front of me. He brought some help to unmount the TV from the wall. And he gave me 180 days warranty fro his work. I really like him and will recommend him to any one. He also leveled the other TV on my room and replaced the HDMI cable from behind the wallshow more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Peter Moon. . He arrived on time and in very short order diagnosed the problem with two HDMI ports on my Samsung LCD TV. He reconfigured the system making sure I understood what he was doing and when he left, I had a very good of how to use current and future additional devices. Called Tony up on 09/12/2012 about my 55and quot; Philips plasma screen tv. I told him what it was doing and he knew just what it was. So I delivered the tv to his shop and he said it would take a week to repair. I said fine,and he finished the work on 09/28/2012. I picked the tv up on 09/29/2012 at his shop,and paid him $325.00 for the service. I was given a 180 day warranty for the new power supply that had burned out,and he had replaced. I brought the tv home reinstalled it,and it has been working since. He was able to save me the cost of going out and buying a new tv. Well worth the money for the repairshow more

Tony was a pleasure to work with - very honest, enthusiastic, technically competant and a small business man that obviously enjoys the trade that his father taught him. Waste of time and effort. To be fair he seemed like an honest man that worked hard but in our case he just didn't pay attention when he asked me to bring it over which was a major effort.... he bit off too much. It maybe a bad day with him not understanding me so I wouldn't right the man off - just make sure if you bring it over to his shop that he clearly understands that it is a large set before you put it in the car! My sense is that he is reputable talented man but it just didn't work out in my caseshow more
