We bought the coupon to troubleshoot and repair one electrical issue. We just bought a new home and the outlet the sprinkler system is connected to was not working. Valley Heating & Cooling came out and determined that the outlet was not hooked up to anything! So the guy climbed underneath the house and hooked up an electrical line as well as several of the other outlets outside that weren't working. He was on-time, efficient, and fixed the problem. We would definitely call Valley again

Seth is fantastic! He showed up on time and went right to work diagnosing my electrical issue. He asked very detailed questions to determine what steps were necessary. After testing my entire electrical system, Seth showed that I had a damaged GFCI. Seth replaced the outlet and cleaned up everything very nicely. Seth also let me know that if I still had any issues with my electrical system after this repair, he would come back at no charge. WOW, that's what I call service!! I originally hired Carlos to install some new vanity tops and sinks and to repair and paint my deck. I was preparing my house for sale. After discussing with my agent the list of things to do grew substantially. Carlos stepped up and ended up taking on all the work. He (and his crew) removed popcorn ceiling, painted walls, ceilings, stair bannisters, cabinet doors, front door, steps and he installed a new vanity, tiled, fixed plumbing issues, fixed electrical issue with switches, repaired and installed blinds. Caulked and sealed and even removed a dead rodent in the crawl space! He did all this in a VERY tight timeline as I needed to get the house on the market. He worked long hours and when little stuff cropped up her came back to fix or change. He is polite, responsive and professional. He kept me informed of what he found and any needed changes and provide receipts for supplies quickly. I gave him a key and I was very comfortable with him working when I was at work. All in all a very good experience and I will use him again

A circuit breaker in a relatively new circuit box (installed by someone else) appeared to be broken, in any case, I couldn't successfully re-set it. I called John on Sunday and he was able to come out within 30 minutes. He found the problem right away, which was a slight short within the circuit box itself. He fixed that with no problem. The charge was a bit high but it was completely worth it to me just to have someone fix this on a Sunday. It would have been awkward for me to have to wait a day to have it fixed, not to mention staying home from work to let someone in
