I needed a custom cut mirror to install behind a small nook in our hallway. This is a small job, but Skip, the owner at Simmons, took the time to work with me and cut the mirror while I waited. He has many big commercial contracts, but took the time out of his busy schedule to help me with this small project. Then I went back and ordered two pieces of glass to put on top of tables. Skip is amazingly friendly and prompt and really knows his stuff. He keeps his cell phone with him so that he always answers, even when out on a job. I cannot say enough positive things about this family run business. I have bought windows twice through them and both times have had a great experience. Price was good and they kept me updated on the manufacturer's delivery time by calling me a couple of times, even though there were no delays. Even after they installed all of my 10 windows, they came back again to adjust my windows to fit the awkward dome moldings which were on the exterior.
