Our crew lead by Julian and Kristian (not sure if that's how he spells it?) was *outstanding*. For some people there may be some difficulty with English not being their first language. Work through it, your patience will be rewarded. These guys do good work and care about your project. On our project they made smart suggestions on the fly as things came up, and gave me options, and let me choose what to do. For example, there was some wood damage that we didn't know about until they got there with a ladder, and the initial plan I had for gel staining my front door was not going to look how I initially thought. In both of those cases and a few others they showed me the issue, were ready with good ideas, let me pick an option and showed me progress along the way so we could course correct as needed. I knew what was happening with my house each day and I feel extremely confident that I got great value for the price I paid. They also pointed out some work that needs to be done on some windows that I didn't know about. They are not a window company but now I know about the problem so I can address it before it gets worse. We had a pretty big project. I live in a 1920s home with stucco and wood board style siding. We needed a lot of painting, and varnishing / protecting the front door some woodwork around it. We also needed some repairs done on the wood trim as well as the stucco. We also still have a lot of original windows, some in great shape, and some in really bad shape, and we needed some light repairs there as well. Everything looks great, even better than what I hopes for, and I am so happy to have things fixed. I strongly recommend them to anyone who has a large exterior painting project, especially if it is a somewhat more complex problem that might involve some light repairs or determining the extent of damage and deciding what to do from there. I will also mention that the guy who came out for our initial consultation, Kevin, was great to work with. He gives very detailed bids and was also able to help me better understand the condition of my house and what options I had

This is the third time my brother has used Walls N All painting. Once again, the work done was excellent. Shane managed to fit us into their schedule (September 2022) so that both interior and exterior work could take place in the same week. The exterior painting was done by Mike and the interior by Aaron. They are both experts and work very well together. We were really impressed by how much attention to detail Mike paid in doing the exterior painting. His work was very exacting around our windows, doors, and mechanical plumbing. Aaron did an excellent job repairing drywall on a ceiling before painting and it is perfect now. He also painted a basement stairwell and ceiling that we could never tackle ourselves. He even helped by washing an inaccessible window! Tim, the quality control supervisor, stopped by on a regular basis to check in on the work. This is a top notch group. We are very happy with the quality of the job

Awesome! The owner, Rick, came out two days after the call, provided a detailed estimate in writing later in the day and gave me a good estimate for the timeline. They actually had a crew available earlier than expected, so from the estimate request to job completion was a little over two weeks. The crew was great! Polite, professional, friendly and did a great job. They tracked down the cement fiberboard and replaced the damaged siding, did a great job painting and did everything we needed. The estimate was pretty spot on (we had quite a bit of work done not originally included). The final invoice was detailed and easy to read. From booking to estimate to scheduling, to execution, billing and follow up, Somerset was awesome

I highly recommend Somerset Painting. Here’s why: Our project consisted of two parts: carpentry and paint. We needed to replace about 200 sq.ft. of second level wood siding which had deteriorated over the years. It was not an easy job, because the lower level roof cut across at an angle, so each new panel had to be cut to fit then hauled up and put in place. Also, about 3,000 sq.ft. of wood siding and overhangs on the rest of our house needed painting. Most of the work was completed in one long day, which minimized the disruption. This was through hard work, not cutting corners. Julian and crew were justifiably proud of the end result. The new siding and paint look terrific. Careful prep work meant joint lines that are crisp and clean. In addition, the paint process, which consisted of spray, back-roll, and follow-up spray to blend the painted area, resulted in a very smooth appearance, including under the overhangs. Rick Hartsell, the founder of Somerset Painting, took on our project with just a handshake. A deposit was not required. His confidence that we would be happy upon completion was a deciding factor in our decision to hire them. Our house looks like new

Excellent. Rob from Shepherds has great professional standards, & is very detail oriented. He does the job(s) the proper way, but also at a very competitive price compared to many of his competition in SE/MI. This includes him doing his homework on the different local building codes or general ordinances. So his job quotes are actually very realistic. Unlike others in his field who can promise everything before the project begins, but then come back & ask for more money due to a number of “unforeseen expenses or cost overruns”
