We received a quote from Terminix for over $1500 and Arrow quoted us for the same treatment at a third of the price. They were more professional, prompt and honest than Terminix, as well. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

The price is about normal. The service is very good. They are very dependable. They are very professional. We have used them for a few years. Our house is grey and white and we have a lavender bookend azalea. This is a beautiful shrub, but you very rarely see them the lavender like ours. They just do such a good job feeding the shrubs because this thing you couldn't fit another bloom on it. They come out and feed the grass and come out a different day to do all of the shrubbery.

They feed the lawn and trim the shrubs. They come once a month and alternate between the lawn and the shrubbery/trees. They feed the trees and the shrubs.

I used Arrow Environmental Services. They were here within the last week. They were doing fine and then they billed me for two applications within four days. It's suppose to be a monthly service. I tried contacting them and they were going to look into it and they never got back. On their website I actually emailed them a couple of times disputing the charge and never got responses back. I had just fact today called and spoke with the local group that actually comes and does my service because I had just received a bill and the disputed bill was on there, the $35 charge, and then they started stacking on these finance charges and I kept disputing. I said that's ridiculous I didn't get two applications four days apart. I finally got a hold of a manager today and they said that it had been credited to my account and unfortunately the credit occurred after the bill went out so I guess It's been resolved.

We used them for over a year. Though they were nice, we could not always get them to call ahead so we could be home for the service and to unlock the back gates. We asked over and over and spoke to the manager a couple times about getting a definite time and day of the service, but it never happened so we had to cancel. They never called to see why we cancelled. It seemed like they were not very interested in customer service, from management on down. Some Pest Control companies have been caught putting signs in the yard but not treating the yard, then charging a service charge. So we knew you must be home to make sure you are getting what you pay for. Plus we always had questions about the lawn or service, but could not ask because we rarely saw the person. So unfortunately, I would not recommend Arrow. I hear that many Pest and Lawn Service companies are like this.

I was generally satisfied with the service but decided to change service provider when there were some uninvited critters on the premises. I do say that I did not give them an opportunity to correct the situation before I changed.

Originally, my contract was under Bay Area Pest Control. The quality was outstanding. I had it at the office and at home. NEVER had an issue with bugs at all. The company was bought by Arrow. As others have stated, I had billing issues as well. The billing issues were finally resolved. However, after treatment I started noticing that I had ants, wasps, and spiders which I never had an issue with before. When the other techs (my tech changed as well) came out, if they saw a wasp nest it was removed, if they saw anything period they took care of it. The ants after several treatments would not go away and I started seeing other insects I never saw before. I don't know if the chemicals they use are not as good or if it is the tech. I complained about the lack of professionalism of the tech (still got him for later treatments). They were responsive to have him come out but after awhile we ended up buying ant traps ourselves. I forget how many times the person came out; it was a lot not talking about a couple of times here. And still had issues... I am now looking for a new company. I recommended others to the old company but for this one they lost a customer due to poor quality of work. :(

when I first bought the deal it was from Bay Area Termite and Pest Control. They'd come out a few times and never charged me. I recieved a letter from Arrow Environmental Services that they had bought out Bay Area Termite and Pest Control and they would provide the services going forward. They came out and then sent a bill. I disputed this bill as my contract is paid for. They never sent another bill. In September I recieved a bill from them for $95 for a service in August 2014 of which I have no proof. How do you come out and spray someones house without anyone there or leaving any indication that you have been there. I called the number on the bill, it seemed to be only their accounting department and a lady answered. She advised that in the Angie's List contract I purchased I agreed to let it automatically renew yearly. I do not recall this. She could not cancel my membership, only a supervisor could stop it and she would send my information over to them and they would follow up. I have heard nothing. I recieved another invoice in September for the same August 2014 service that was never done. I called and got the same lady. She gave me the same information and again nobody reached out to me. In October, again, I recieved the invoice and still no follow up from Supervisors. I have recieved another invoice dated November for the same August service. Not sure if they are coming back out this month since I have no word of my contract being cancelled. I wouldnt until I would potentialy recieve an invoice in December. What they did to finish out the contract was OK. However, with this billing issue and the refusal to cancel my contract with the, and lack of responsiveness from the company - this company gets a F.

I feel like the service has gone down hill since changing to Arrow. I used to get more personal attention with the previous company. I now have to pay ahead of time as opposed to paying after the service is done like I did with the other company. They still do a pretty good job, however. It is pretty easy to get in contact with them and they are responsive. You may have to wait a day or two before they can get out to you. The staff is friendly when they visit and will come out to spray whenever I need. They do a thorough job. This company is more reactive instead of being proactive like the company they bought out.

We had King Construction do our complete roof - tear off and install - back in June 2005. They provided a free estimate and had shingle samples for our selection. They were very reasonably priced so we went with them. They were able to schedule us within a week of our meeting and had the roof tore off and installed in one day, having only to come back the second day for minor work around the chimney and clean up -- which they did a great job on the clean up! Our roof has been outstanding and came with the standarf manufacturers warranty on materials and a 5 year labor warranty from King. We had a very windy spring and noticed that a small section of shingles were lose this past spring and called King to see if they would fix it. We did have to call to remind them of this, but they came on the second call and repaired the shingles for free (even though it was after their 5 year warranty). I would defintely use them again.

Immediately after Arrow sprayed my lawn I had clover popping up in my front yard (which I did not have with the products the original company used). I complained to the Arrow employee who was squirting the application on the neighbors lawn and there rep. told me to call the 800 number for Arrow. I did, and immediately cancelled all service.

Arrow took over my old company and did not perform the service agreed upon, did not notify me of the change in service or products used, provided the service while I was not at home and then left an invoice on my porch for the services. I did not have a contract with the original company.

We called Quick Response after discovering that we had a burst pipe that had soaked some first floor interior walls and flooded the basement, leaving several inches of water in the basement. The reason we originally called Quick Response is that a plumber who we had called to repair the pipe insisted that we needed to clear out the water before before he could safely make repairs. When we called Quick Response, an operator answered and took our basic information and somebody followed up with us 5-10 minutes later. That individual said someone would be there in 1.5 to 2 hours and they'd call when they were on their way. After waiting over two hours and not getting the call to say they were on their way, we called the operator back to check on status; she said somebody would call us back shortly. Several minutes later, somebody called us back and stated it'd be yet another hour before they'd arrive. With few other options, we said that was okay. About fifteen minutes into that hour wait, a different individual called back and clarified what services we actually wanted performed. He stated that if all we really wanted done was the basement pumped then we really should just go to Home Depot and buy a $200 sump pump because they might charge upwards of $1000 for doing *just* that. He clarified that really they're more in the business of full restorations and would take care of everything (plumping,repairing the walls, etc) so it wasn't cost effective to have them only pump out the basement. We appreciated the straightforward assessment, but we were still left with a flooded basement and we didn't have 100% confidence our insurance would cover their full services so we couldn't commit to having them perform more services at that exact moment. He gave us some confidence insurance should cover it, but we needed more information. We would have appreciated having that conversation three hours earlier. A few hours later in the evening, we determined our insurance would cover the services and we called them in order to schedule a visit the next day since we were exhausted and luckily had somewhere else to stay for the night. They said they'd call back in the morning to give us an exact time for the visit. After noon passed on the following day, we decided to start calling other restoration providers. Overall, Quick Response contributed towards us loosing a good portion of our weekend with little progress towards resolving our problems. We understand they were very busy due to similar calls but a quality company needs to meet timelines and communicate especially in near-emergency like ours. The reason I gave them a decent rating in the Professionalism category is because they were honest about their costs and generally polite on the phone.

I ordered the pest control service on 10/29/2013. They were suppose to contact me within 2 to 3 business days. Two weeks later I still had not been contacted by them. I called them, nobody answered the phone, so I left a message. Three days later, nobody had called me back, so I left another message. After two more days, I was over it, and called to leave another message about getting a refund. To my surprise, someone answered the phone. I let them know what had happened, and that if I did not get a call back within 24 hours from someone to set up an appointment, I was going to cancel the service. I received no call to set up a service date. I called back to cancel the service and get a refund, and I was sent to the Accounts Payable department to talk to them about getting a refund. I talked to what I was told was the Accounts Manager Dan, about getting a refund. I was told by him that it would take about a week to get the form submitted and approved, and get the reimbursement. Still not receiving the refund, I called the week after Thanksgiving and talked to Dan yet again. He said that the request still had not be submitted, but he would get on it right away. Here is January 3rd, and I still don't have my refund. This company is very unprofessional, lackadaisical, and clearly don't care about customers who have already paid for services not rendered. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I give this company an overall F in all applicable categories.

I received a bill in error. The company had changed names after being bought by another company & the new company was not aware of the special that was offered under Angie's List. It took me 3 phone calls to get it straightened out.

My lawn died twice due to poor treatments and not showing up for schedule service. They had to replant lawn twice. When it got close to the 3rd time I fired them. I had to call the president to get any action. They promised and promised and never delivered. This company should never be used. The local manager said they were having service issues.

I was surprised at the service. It turned out fine and it was more than what I thought I had purchased. From what I saw online I thought primarily that it was a termite inspection and maybe termite treatment/prevention. The guy told me what I actually bought was for bug control. I showed the guy what it said online and it primarily talked about termites, but of course he doesn't do the online stuff and is just the service technician. They came out within a couple of days of me talking to them. The guy did a good job. I was just confused about what they had online because I thought it was primarily termite stuff, but it was for termites, pests, and rodents and stuff. For the size of my house the price was excellent. They came in and did more. It was funny with getting together with them because they emailed me and left a phone number. I tried calling the number that they left in the email, but it looked like some disconnected number or something. I went back to Angie's List and looked at it. The guy said he sent me the email from his iPhone or whatever, but on the last two digits he was off one or two digits. I just called him from the number on Angie's List and got a hold of him. It wasn't a problem, but I guess he was in the car trying to send a response. They did respond quickly, but it was just me getting back to them because of the number he gave me. They were here when they said they would be here. The guy was also very nice and very courteous.

I had a big deal for Bay Area Termite & Pest Control. He sprayed the house, which I had not anticipated and did varmint eradication if I needed it for like mice or rats or whatever. They would set traps and do stuff like that.

The end result was fine the process frustrating the salesman told me they would be there at 7AM on Friday and the tent would be up all weekend off first thing Monday morning They came 7 PM put the tent up but did not pump the gas until Sunday therefore I did not receive the benefit of the gas working for several days just a few hours. Also the tent did not come down until late Monday afternoon so I could not get back in my house until Tuesday morning. So I was out of my house considerably longer then needed. There is a yearly fee for the warranty so I will use them if needed again.
