Replaced all windows in the house. When you think of how you want a project to go, this is how our experience with CHI went. Beginning with the outstanding price on the estimate and the great communication when the custom windows were ordered and when they were ready for install. The crew arrived on time as promised, they were neat as a pin and even two days later I'm still in awe of the quality of the windows and and the perfection of the finishing details.

Roof was done in 1 day. Gutters were done over the next few weeks(there was a measuring problem which caused a delay in completion). One of the downspouts included a diverter for collecting rainwater(for my orchids and carnivorous plants, which are fussy about water quality) into my basement. When we had a rainy day, and I wanted to collect water I wasn't getting any. I called them up and they came out immediately and fixed the problem(resetting the tilt of the gutters)...IN POURING RAIN! I did not expect them to work in rain...they were drenched to the bone. BRAVO TO CHI for going above and beyond the call of duty. I and my plants are grateful.

They took a little longer then most companies to complete the job. They may be a little slower but sometimes quality takes a little more time.

They had the lowest price and quality was wonderful. Only problem I had was with the clean up of the premises after the job was done. It wasn't much, but I found a few nails, etc. on the driveway.

CHI Roofing was fantastic! I purchased a short sale home that needed several jobs done quickly in order to move-in ready and they exceeded my expectations when it came to professionalism, affordability and getting the jobs done in a timely manner. From start to finish on all projects, the owner and crew members were easy to communicate with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements. Looking forward to having them back for exterior painting in the fall!

They were at the house earlier than expected which made the wife and me real happy. The removal of the old roof went smoothly and quickly. After the old roof was removed, they used a magnet bar to locate and remove old tacks and nails. All debris was taken away on their trailer. The next day they installed new plywood and shingles and finished the job. It looks great! We are very pleased with CHI Roofing and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
