I called JBC and they sent an estimator out 3 days later and I agreed to have the job done. The roofer arrived to do the repair 3 days later which was good as it was sooner than I expected. However the roofer was not as good as I expected. His supervisor found many repair mistakes. He had to come back 3 times as he did not glue down some areas of the roof. Had to come back 2 more times to clean up debris on roof and then clean out old roofing scraps etc. out of my eves. It was a real mess. However when I called JBC they were very apologetic and sent him back out each time within 24 hours

.I would hire JBC again, But would request a different roofer with more experiance.
