The Everdry Waterproofing Illinois was excellent as the personnel handled the property carefully, were highly professional, and easily surmounted any installation-related challenges. After finishing the service, they left the property in excellent shape, and only time will tell if the job was successful, but I was pleased with every aspect, from installation to finishing
- Kamco Roofing IncOur apartment building needed a tear-off and replacement of the top layer of our roof, after years of trying to solve leaks with piecemeal repairs that ended up contributing to longer term problems. Our building consulted with four other roofing companies. None were as thorough or as patient as Kamco with their explanations of the problem (and implications for the future) and the range of potential solutions. In fact, several simply wanted to repeat the repairs of the past, selling us an inexpensive solution that would have ultimately cost us more in repairs down the road. Kamco was upfront with us about what needed to be done, presented a range of options, and didn't try to sell us an inexpensive short-term solution, and also didn't oversell the most expensive option that wasn't really necessary. Darius and his family have been in the roofing business for a long time, were 100% reliable, were responsible and attentive when we requested more explanation, took care not to damage our infrastructure despite an enormous job with lots of heavy duty equipment, communicated clearly in person and over email, and followed through on all aspects that they promised in their contract. We ended up investing a lot in our roof, but haven't had any problems since the installation in Summer 2021. Their repairs seem to be as solid as their onsite performance and customer services. Our building strongly recommends them and will continue to work with them for years to come

I've used General Brick a few times over the years and their jobs are similar to the incredible jobs of the past generations. Those in the time when Legal American Immigrant Mason's came here to make their dreams come true. General Brick has a tremendous pride in the work they do and of how long it lasts. - GENERAL BRICK DESIGNSEd knocked on our door because he was visiting a client who is a neighbor and told us he had done our driveway way more than 10 years ago. He told us he stands by his work and offered to fix any bricks that came out a bit or anything to make the driveway look new. My husband and I thought we were on candid camera. Ed's guys are right now fixing our driveway and walkway for free to make sure it still looks good. This was done more than 10 years ago, probably 15 or 20!! Who does this? They are true masons and incredibly nice and efficient. If there was a way I could give 10 stars, I would. Ed is the kindest and most professional person I have ever met (and believe me, we have used MANY contractors before for various jobs)

"They arrived at the time they said they would. They did cement and sheet metal work during a heat wave in August. The work was completed in one day. I asked them to come back in a few days to do waterproofing under the porch. They came back and did the job. They noticed the steps leading to the cellar were cracked and needed waterproofing. They took care of the steps at no additional cost. I have no complaints about the work performed.

"Great - first they did the deck painting then they did the roof work then they did the window/door conversion. It took longer than I wanted to do the window/door conversion and weather didn't help but I know that's not unusual in construction for things to take longer than one wants them to and/or cost more. Ultimately I thought they were very competent and professional and I've recommended them to others already.
