Pittsburgh Shed Remodel

This is the third project that I have hired this contractor to do. Beautiful job, again super reliable, honest and not over priced. This is the guy you want to do your landscaping and cement work!!

Overall, our experience with Dravis Buildings was awesome. I had been searching for a new shed and tried the big box stores and other "Amish" style shed places in the Pittsburgh region. None of these places had the quality or style of the shed that I was looking for. Nor did they have alot of choices available. Needless to say, the prices were very high for the quality. I found Dravis Buildings (greatshedsforless.com) via Google and thought I would give them a shot. From the minute I clicked on their website, I was impressed. They provide very detailed information for customers in a simple format. As a customer I love to see what I am getting and how much it will cost. The site shows you all of the styles, customizations, product details, prices, etc. I called and spoke with Wendy who was very helpful. After viewing the options available, I told her I was interested in an 8x12 shed with Grey Vinyl siding, Slate Gray shingles, and Navy Blue shutters. She said no problem at all and that they would provide and email a quote to me. I received the quote and at $2800 for everything, I couldn't have been happier with this price because of the quality of the product. This INCLUDES setting up a base for the structure. You do not have to do this yourself, even on a slightly sloped yard. Even thought I am in the South Hills, they said they would come down here for a little extra cost. They also said that they deliver and install on 1 day over a weekend. That is such a convenience! It actually only took them 6 hours on a Sunday to install. It was great watching them install the concrete base, build the floor, put up the walls, install the roof, and put in the doors/window. They took their time and did it right with plenty of nailing and detailed finishes. I highly recommend Dravis Buildings to come and build your shed. Simple and great quality from start to finish.

contacted in the morning about shed build and dravis workers arrived around 10.00 am. shed was built on site and workers were very professional and diligent in their work. shed was built to my specs and I was very pleased with quality of the build. workers stayed until completion of build, same day around 7:00 pm. clean up was fantastic.i would definitely recommend a dravis built shed.

water run off was a huge issue on our property. Ken dug in one area and it immediately filled with water. he scoped out another area but it took several months to dry out. he was very patient

Ray took the Shed "kit" that I had ordered and turned it into a palace! Lowes had quality issues with this shed and no longer sells, so I thought I would get a bargain on the shed and customize it to overcome the manufacturing defects. Ray took it to another level with his improvements and at a cost that was much less than I had budgeted.

Because the concrete floor of the site was uneven, Chris and his crew had to build a wood foundation and then put the shed on the foundation. They did it in only two days! The job was well done. We have been using the shed ever since without any problems.

They did what they said they would without any problems. Noah was easy to work with, helped us plan the pad for the shed, and worked with us to get the shed custom-painted to match our house. Everything was done on time as specified.

We are extremely pleased with our shed. The installers were so efficient, polite, and very neat. My correspondence with Wendy prior to our installation was great. We were concerned with where to place our shed and they came to look at the area and gave great advice. We would definitely use them again.

The shed is great. It's spacious and will help me with storage. I got a 10x12 premier shed with a gable roof. Their prices are reasonable, the work is good and the service is excellent. My neighbors love it, too!

Dave was professional and knowledgable. When he tore the shed floor up, he found the framing structure was rotting as well. He replace the framing and installed a new floor section. Dave installed gutters to divert roof water away from the shed.

Arrived on time. Was very friendly, and professional. Had no issues setting the shed where it needed to go with the help of a remote control trailer it arrived on. Price was just as it was supposed to be, I will use Yoder's Backyard Structures again in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a great shed at a great price.

My husband was a contractor before he retired, and the quality of the work is phenomonal. The price was very good. The approximate cost was for an 8'x 16' shed, including siding, windows, a double door, insulated flooring, etc. It's truly beautiful. Also, Mr. Yoder was incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. I'm very happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

Matt has remodeled multiple rooms inside our house and built a phenomenal shed outside our house. We have had Matt work on our house since 2011 and he is currently working on a project now in 2022. He has done exceptional work and that is why we keep re-hiring him. He is very detailed oriented ensuring everything is done to perfection. We will only use Matt for all our projects going forward.

I can't say enough good things about Extreme Decks crew. The weather was fit for polar bears in parkas flying kites and these guys came out and worked ALL DAY though the weather. The shed was done exactly as we wanted it - it has windows and workbenches - it's got a 10 ft gabled roof, 10x12. It looks fantastic. In fact, it matches the Patio Roof they built on the back of our home over the summer. They put in a custom roof 16x16 for 8400. The roof is gabled with an open end. They installed 4 recessed lights and one chandelier/fan box. The crew are courteous, they work hard - really hard. The quality of workmanship is top notch. They clean up each day. Aaron (owner) will pick up the phone each time you call. Best prices I found after MANY estimates. I plan on hiring them to refinish my basement next year. It will be the third time I've used them. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that they are so busy, getting the job scheduled takes a little longer than you might like. But these guys are in demand for a reason. Highly recommend them for your home renovation projects.

As usual, Mike's work is outstanding and he saved us a lot of money by rebuilding the shed that existed rather than building an entirely new shed. Would recommend highly!
