Working with Al Lewis, Dick, his foreman, and the rest of his crew was a great experience. We obtained a few estimates for the kitchen remodel and Al's pricing was the most reasonable. The crew was extremely punctual and reliable. They would show up each day for work promptly at 8:00 a.m. and would cleanup each day before they left. Al kept our budget in mind throughout the remodel. The responsiveness we received from Al was nothing less than exceptional. We could literally call Al at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night to address a question and he would answer our call and be happy to do so. Overall we were extremely pleased with the end result and our kitchen and master bedroom turned out great. I would highly recommend using Window and Kitchen Specialists.

One crew forgot to tighten a valve in the one bathroom which resulted in a leak through the ceiling and drywall in our foyer. They also cut ceramic tile in our master bedroom rather than taking it outside. We also discovered after the fact that they never vented the bath fan. The owner never contacted us when there were problems, he left it up to the crew to communicate and solve problems. I guess with the amount we spent, it would have been nice to talk to the owner when there were problems. One crew was good with the install, the other was terrible. Just about everything they did needed to be corrected by the other crew. The owner was aware that the crew wasn't up to par but continued to send them on the job.

From our first meeting with Rob, we could tell that PRC would provide us with a high quality product that would serve us well for many years to come. Rob spent time with us planning prior to the start of the project. He has a great computer program that allows him to create images of the space, even with the materials we chose. This was so helpful to me, as I am very visual. We were also very pleased with the places he recommended for tile, fixtures, etc. He also took the time to get to know our style. It made us confident that he truly wanted to give us a product that fit our style and the style of our home. It was evident that Rob leads a crew that is well trained and thorough. The crew took the time to put up protective barriers and padding, with the goal of keeping as much of the construction mess away from the rest of the home. They did a great job keeping a clean and organized work space throughout the duration of the project, which was comforting to me, as we have small children in the house. They were also great with their communication. We felt that we had a good grasp of what was happening during our project, which was very comforting ---and they were very open to us asking questions. All in all, we are beyond pleased with our experience with Rob and all of the PRC staff that we worked with. After the project was complete, Rob asked us "If you could start all over again, what would you change or do differently?" We have been living with our new bathroom for a good month and we still cannot answer that question. Great experience, great product!

. When the estimate was written we were told it would take 5 days and that's exactly how long it took. They always used drop cloths, showed up on time and were VERY nice and professional. As with most remodels my wife changed a few things around during the job and they did it without a hitch.I was very concerned about having people work in our home especially off our master bedroom but after a couple days we could tell that they were VERY trustworthy. We actually left them alone in our home a couple time cause we had to run out and buy new lights, normally we would never do that! Anyways, the end result is they did a beautiful job on our Master Bath. There workmanship is wonderful. You can tell they take alot of pride in their work. From the painting to the tile floor, everything is perfect. They will be doing more work in my home in the future and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Our main bathroom, masterbath, and entryway ceiling below had sustained significant water damage. Of the three contractors that I asked to bid on the job, John was the most thorough with his measurements and the most helpful and knowledgeable in providing us with advice on how to approach this situation in a cost-effective manner. Once we formally contracted with him, his guidance was invaluable in helping us make decisions about shower surrounds, cabinets, tile, etc. He even met us at Home Depot one evening to talk to us about various products and approaches and came back to re-measure the bathrooms to make sure some of the cabinet options we wanted to use would work. Thanks to his advice and patience, we made purchases that ensured we woud have beautiful bathrooms without spending a king's ransom. Once the work began, John and his crew arrived promptly at my house at 7:30 am every morning and worked continually until about 3 pm for about three weeks. Since both of our bathrooms were affected, John planned the demolition to inconvenience us as little as possible. We were only without a bathtub for one day. Despite the massive amount of dust and debris, his crew cleaned up thoroughly after themselves everyday, including sweeping up with a shop vac and neatly stacking their tools and supplies in the garage. I work out of my home and appreciated that they were all very professional and discrete so that I could get my work done. I could not be more pleased with the end product. Our bathrooms are absolutely stunning. John did all the tilework himself and helped me come up with a lovely tile design. His work is masterful. We had wanted to use off-the-shelf countertops to save money, but they didn't quite fit our bathroom space. John and his crew figured out a solution that enabled us to use these pieces in a beautiful way, rather making an awkward fit. John also suggested texturing our ceilings and walls and I could not be happier with the look that he was able to achieve. From installing cabinets and fixtures, to placing towel bars, to returning damaged goods, he and his crew were extraordinarily patient and went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I cannot say enough good things about John Kindler's professionalism and quality of work. I would recommend him without hesitation and plan to use him myself for any remodeling job that may arise with my home.

ROOM 2 ROOM RENOVATIONS/ DEKS REMODELING
Overall the project went well. We had one issue with the shower door, The sub for the glass door, Crescent Supply, were a problem, but Duke managed them as we expected. The problem did cause a delay in finishing the project. We would not allow Crescent Supply again. We are very pleased with the final product. Terry, Dukes project lead, is wonderful and did most of the work.

Recent Review: I wish I could give 10 stars. Ray and his team did a great job. THe team is really fast and skilled. They know what they are doing. We were painting an old house to get it ready to sell. They removed ancient wall paper and painted everything. Plus Ray had really good ideas to further improve the house and I'm sure they made the house much more valuable. Ray stayed with the job even as the requirements kept creeping. He showed up weekends and holidays if necessary. He owned the work. Did a great job, was timely and responsible. You couldn't ask for better.

Recent Review: I am very happy with the workmanship of the installation, and feel like the foreman was extremely knowledgeable. I was sent to a wholesale flooring supplier to choose my tile, and though the allowance purchased within the Angies List Deal needed a minor adjustment upward to get the tile I really wanted, I thought the upcharge was totally acceptable. My kitchen is tiny so I wanted the tile I wanted :) since there wasn't much of it needed! The only issue at all was that there was apparently some communication glitch between this contractor and the tile supplier that held up the start date of the job, but once they came they worked efficiently, cleaned everything up, and did a great job. Very happy with results and will call them again if I go ahead with bathroom remodel I am considering.

Recent Review: They got in touch immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately they got held up on a job so we postponed for a day. Showed up on time - gave us a price that was a bit higher than we got from a previous company ( who wasn’t available) When the gentleman said he could do the work that day - we took it. He removed the old vanities - replaced old plumbing and set up the new ones. Cleaned everything up and took the old vanities to dispose of them. Everything looks great and works great. We’re completely satisfied with the work and work recommend.

I even received a credit for items that cost less than the quoted price. This is the second time I have used Pearce Remodeling. The first time I chose them from several other rmodeling companies to repair the damage to my house from ice jams and water damage in 2007. The price on that repair totaled $11K. I liked the work they did so much they were the first on my list of calls for this damage. I have recomended them to friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home remodeling or repair work.

We are thrilled not only with the way that our bathroom turned out, but also by the whole experience and the way the project was managed by Mike at Bathroom Solutions. First, Mike presented a very detailed contract spelling out exactly what he was planning to do, the materials he planned to use, and the price associated with everything. This was very helpful for us to know what to expect, and he did not nickel and dime us when the unexpected happened. All the guys on the team did great quality work. They were very meticulous and patient with us to make sure everything was done just as we wanted it. They guided us closely along the way with picking out all of the materials from the tile to the granite, faucets, etc. The work included knocking down walls, and putting them back up. They were particular about matching the plaster walls we had in the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom. Since part of the wall they had to put up was part of our bedroom, we had them paint the rest of our bedroom as well, which was also done perfectly and reasonably. They did all the demo including pulling out the bathfitter, taking out the overheads, ripping up the tile, pulling out the vanity and mirror, etc. They also rewired us with copper since much of the house is wired with aluminum. When they put in the copper wire, they built in a way that would easily allow us to rewire the rest of the second floor at a later time and they even left us additional wire for it. One of the unexpected things that happened during the job was when they took out the small wall that separated the toilet and shower from the sink area. They expected the main pipe to be all running along the exterior wall, but for some reason it was going through this interior wall they were taking out. They took care of redirecting it at no extra charge. We always felt like Mike was looking out for our best interests and wanted to get the job done right. The team was reliable and there on time everyday. They worked around us not having some materials ready quite at the right time. In the end, our bathroom turned out even nicer than we expected and it was designed and thought out for the best functional use of it as well. We have been using it for the past few months now and couldn't be happier. The guys at bathroom solutions are all meticulous professionals and we would trust them for any job in the future, large or small. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
