Recent Review: I just wanted to take the time to thank A Better Choice Waterproofing for the great job they did on our basement! Bill (a VP) came out and did an estimate for us on our bowed and cracked wall. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accurately diagnosed the problem. The day they came to do the repair, Bill and his crew arrived, started working immediately, and did the job quickly with an emphasis on quality. All of the gentlemen were very friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job! The price was definitely much lower than we were anticipating too, making it a great value. I would highly recommend them!

Recent Review: The job required two days to complete. The work was started and completed as contracted for. Contractor worker were very professional and cleaned up. I would use "EZ Home Exteriors" in the future for other home projects. No upfront money was required and full payment was made upon my satisfaction with job completion.

Recent Review: This couple is amazing. Not only are they kind and considerate, they are SO good at what they do. Brain is insanely nice and he is so quick, Rowshan is so great with her suggestions and helping with Brian. It was so nice to work with them and they were so patient when I kept changing my mind with what I wanted done. They also gave me less expensive options with their price quote so that way I knew what all we could do to spruce up the place before we put our townhouse on the market. Big or small, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any project.

Recent Review: We originally signed the contract around the middle of April 2013. By the time everything was totally complete, it was late October 2013. We were told that this entire project would take four days by our salesman Jeff. We were realistic that four days was not likely and had the assumption that with weather and other factors, it would be two weeks tops. Wow were we wrong. Jeff told us that all of the plans and permit would be handled by the company. We have never done anything like this so we assumed they would take care of everything. Once the start date was agreed upon, we began asking about the building permit for the front porch. This was approximately the first week of May. This is also the last time that we ever heard from Jeff again. He told us to contact him if we needed anything. I called him the very first day when the workers showed up. We were told they all had their criminal background checks and we could see them. To make a long story short, we have never seen them to this day. We were told all their clearances are is a sheet from Lowe's that said this crew is certified. I guess Lowe's is a big enough company that this could be reliable, just not what we were expecting. So for the first week they worked on the roof. The second day of the job, they never showed up. When I called, I was told they were sent to another job. After about two more days work, they didn't show again. I called again and was told it's because the weather was bad. I told them "really? it's sunny and 75 degrees. " It turns out the guy who makes the decisions is in Maryland and he watches the weather channel. So the roof was done promptly after that and looked great. The workers themselves are great. They are work horses that do great work. They however do not work directly for American Home Specialists. We constantly asked about the permit. We were told it was being taken care of. Our township is very particular about what paper work is submitted, probably a little overboard. None the less, we were constantly told yes they were working on it and it would be submitted soon. After a couple more weeks, we decided to have them install the siding on the three sides of the house and leave the front until the permit is received. After the three sides were done, we were told the permit was going to be picked up. At this point we had siding peeled back on either side of the front of our house. To make an incredibly longer story short, we talked to another employee Lino who was really trying to get everything settled. He did what he could with the information given to him. We got so frustrated between calling every person that works for American Homes and getting nowhere but yet everybody insisted the permit was ready to be picked up, I asked Lino to get me the owners name and number. He was hesitant until I did some searching and found out his name and then figured out his email based on everyone else's. This is where Scott the owner comes in. He was very up front with us and said he would do whatever he could to make it right and fix it and not lie about anything. We were essentially lied to for 3-4 months over this permit. He found out that NOTHING had ever been started for our permit. At this point it would have been really easy for Scott to walk away and us as well. He was committed to finishing the job as were we. We were very pleased with the work that had already been done. It looked great and as I said the workers are fantastic. He got everything together when he said he would and applied for the permit. This took a little long but that was due to our township's zoning board meeting schedule. Was the work began on the porch, it moved along as planned. Once completed, it was beautiful. Our home looks completely different now because of the work that was done. It was too bad it had to get to the point of involving the owner of the company in order for the job to be completed.

Recent Review: I first connected with this contractor when I purchased my home. They were recommended as an approved FHA loan contractor to do the renovation work required on my home to access an FHA loan. The work the completed when I purchased the home included replacement of all windows in the home (~17 total windows), plumbing and some light electrical work, and some home exterior work. I later contacted them to install an automatic garage door opener and replace and old garage door prior to contacting them again to do my kitchen work. As general contractors, Frank and his team are WONDERFUL. They are very knowledgeable about all home needs and requirements. They are prompt, attentive to detail, and complete all work in a very reasonable amount of time. I have been very happy with all of my experiences with them and will continue to utilize their services when I have home improvement needs.

Recent Review: This rather involved project went well. Provider completed all work as expected and at the cost that was quoted. A team of 4 workers came out and worked for 3+ days. Our contact person was Vince who was knowledgeable and courteous. ***This was the second time we had used Chuba for a roofing job. We had an uncomplicated reshingling job done in the late 90s on a different house with satisfactory results on price and quality.

Recent Review: I couldn't be more satisfied with the work New Horizons did. It was a pleasure working with Joe - the estimate I received spelled out everything they were going to do in great detail & the product they used is very high quality. The guys who installed the windows were great-they arrived when they said they would, installed the windows & didn't leave anything for me to clean up inside or out. The guys who replaced the siding did an awesome job - there was never any mess in my yard the entire time they were working - the window wrap they do is really amazing - it adds such a beautiful finish - I have never seen anything like it. I highly recommend New Horizons for window/siding work.

Recent Review: The siding material and soffit & fascia material was provided by The Home Depot, and it was installed by 412 Remodeling, LLC. From the first day Lino and his crew arrived, they were professional, courteous, and the one aspect I was most impressed with was Lino's attention to detail. He was in constant communication with me about every single thing about the job. If I had a question about anything, I received an immediate response from him. It was very easy to talk to him and his crew about the different things involved with the job. We have a bay window area on the front of the house that he gave us a couple of different options on how it was going to be finished with the siding and let us know what he thought would be the best solution. We went with it and it turned out GORGEOUS! I called him about different things and with questions wehever I needed to and he was always polite, courteous, and professional. The work ethic this gentleman and his crew have is unsurpassed. One of my new exterior lights came in with the glass cracked and I had to go to Home Depot and exchange it. Before I had a chance to even ask Lino about when I could get he or one of his crew to come back and install the new one, he said to me, "hey Mr. C, when the new light comes in, let me know and I will personally come out to your house and install it for you. Who does that??? To sum it up, if you are looking to have any type of a construction project done, any type, material and labor, and you don't call 412 Remodeling LLC, you are making a HUGE mistake! They are the absolute BEST and The Home Depot should considerate itself fortunate to have a company like 412 Remodeling LLC as one of their sub-contractors. Recent Review: Tom provided an estimate in one day of calling him regarding the work I needed done on my mother's house. I gave him a deadline date and the work was completed within the deadline date. He also provided updates during the process. The cost of the work was less than I expected so that was a bonus.

Recent Review: Dave installed rear storm door that I chose and he that he finally found in stock some distance away and picked up. The door installation was quite a project since the house is over 60 years old. To add to the difficulty, the door's directions and procedures for installation were not easy to cope with. Dave not only managed to complete the work but refused to charge me more than his estimate. Really appreciate his work ethic and craftsmanship. Love my new back door and its smooth operation. Total cost included price of door and labor.
