    Brad came out and gave us a reasonable bid to repair our wrought iron outside railings. He came out a few days later and completed the project in one day. He did a fabulous job and even did additional work not in the bid without increasing the price. We will definitely be using him again in the future for additional projects

    The craftsmanship was superb, it was really a work of art. However, admin constantly said one thing and did another, and did not fulfill their contract. The contract stated they were to provide handrail accents, which they never did, but still expected to be paid the full price. They claimed that we actually owed even more because there were change orders! (There never were any change orders). Also, we never got a chance to approve the design, and the finish was not what we selected

    This was a complex project involving removal of the ceiling to expose joists, establishing anchors on the joists, drilling through an external wall, and attaching a steel channel iron to the outside wall. With force applied to a long bolt attached to the joists, the external wall was pulled into place and the joists were re-inserted into their slots. The job was a success and the crew was pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly

They actually pointed out a few things that might need repairs in the future and we had them repair it while they were here. Everything was very accommodating. Everything I asked for was completed, and if I had questions, he answered them in detail, and if not, he would find the answer for me. I definitely would recommend him again

    Jason spent a couple of hours getting the steps lined up correctly, with even tread. I had already bought 3 - 60-pound bags of cement (3 x $10) and had a wheelbarrow ready. He brought over the handrailings, which matched my existing railing, although he had never been to my house before. Although this could have been done DIY, I know the results wouldn't have been as even or strong. Post holes had to be dug and he carefully made sure the last two matched the first one. He used levels and obviously had a lot of experience.He propped it up into place and used clamps. He was done in a few hours and had to leave. I waited until the end of the day, then spray painted it with white engine paint. It looked very nice and is strong

    We did not get several estimates, but we believe, for the amount of work done and time spent, $425 was a reasonable price. I'd certainly want $400 to do all the tedious sanding and scraping of the long horizontal railing and the many balusters before they were painted. He made very sure about the type of paint (flat, glossly, etc.) we preferred. He was here for several days, and spent most of Sunday here. We left him here when we went out to Sunday dinner at 6:15. He is a pleasant fellow, around 55, recent widower. He parked across the street -- didn't clutter up our driveway with his large truck

    Excellent!. Lux Ornamental rep came out as promised to evaluate the job. We talked about options in installing wrought iron railing in stone/slate steps. Prior to Lux, two other vendors came and were very discouraging about the installment difficulties and refused to take the job. Lux, went the extra mile, never said they couldn't do it, and worked out a solution, immediately sent a quote, and about three weeks later they were here with my beautiful railing. Installation took maybe about an hour. They cleaned up and they out of here. Experience was very satisfying and and quot;smooth as butterand quot;. Five stars, Five Diamonds!!
