"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed.

"Cliff and Rebecca arrived on-time, which was great. After an hour of messing around with my kitchen faucet, Cliff replied that this one part was going bad and that it was $70.00 for the part alone. He recommended that I just replace the whole faucet. I had purchased another Psifer faucet at Lowes and he replaced. Now we're going on almost 2 hours and they are both back in the back bathroom. Next thing you know, they are leaving to go purchase a stopper. Came back, installed it, and now we're all in the kitchen. I asked Cliff how much I owed and he said $295.00. By now I'm ready to just get them out of the house. Wrote a check and next thing you know, they're gone. I realized a couple of days later I called Psifer customer support about the original faucet and they told me there was NO WAY that part would have gone bad after only 5 yrs and suggested I send it in to them and they would troubleshoot it. That's when I realized that Cliff and Rebecca took the box my new one came in AND my faucet with them. Mind you, they took the pump soap dispenser that was two months old, also. I have been trying since MLK Day to get with them about it and they are avoiding all of my calls and text messages. Extremely unprofessional and you obviously need to keep your eyes on them at all times.

"Frank does good work and is honest. It is just him doing the work and taking calls and not a fleet of plumbers behind a front desk. He is a master plumber and his prices reflect that experience. He is responsive and gave me a quote before doing the work. I have also since contacted him about additional plumbing related questions and he was able to help guide me toward contacting the county about my sanitary sewer test records. He was under no obligation to help me, but he did so anyway. Unfortunately the work that I need done may require snaking a camera which is equipment that Frank does not have.
