"Dean and his son make a great team. Dean is extremely knowledgeable about chimneys &amp; fireplaces. The fireplace was showing water leakage and some of the stone appeared to be crumbling. We had been wanting to have the stonework cleaned of the soot stains created when it must have been wood burning (we converted it to gas). We weren't sure what all of the issues might be that we were dealing with when we called on Dean for an opinion. He pointed out at least five problems with the fireplace/chimney that needed to be corrected if we were to stop the deterioration of both. It was a little difficult to schedule the work and the start date had to be changed a few times, but that is because Dean is so thorough, his outside work is dependent somewhat on the weather, and he has a lot of jobs to do. We could afford to be patient and we're glad because Dean is the best at what he does! Dean did the interior work in the Fall of 2014 and the exterior work had to wait until the weather improved in Spring 2015 <br />

"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci &amp; son (the son &amp; his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son &amp; their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed.
