I gave the A for professionalism. I requested a quote through Angie's List. Jason called me and I asked if we were too far away from his service area (Maineville to Wyoming) He explained that while they would service this area, they do not work on flat roofs and he was just calling back to let me know that. I've requested quotes from several companies, and a couple didn't even have the courtesy to call back. This kind of professionalism is becoming more and more rare. I really can't say I would hire again since we didn't get that far, but I but yes because I would at least contact. Thank you Jason

We received a flyer from Frisby Roofing in the mail with a quote for a new roof. I almost threw the flyer away as junk mail but after looking over the material and seeing the quote for a roof I closely read the information. We had received several roof quotes from other companies in the last year and the Frisby quote seemed to be a "too good to be true" amount. We did some research and investigating of the company and everything we found in our investigation confirmed they were a company who stood behind their product and were a company of their word. After a trip to the showroom and meeting with their knowledgeable sales people we were ready to sign up. We were regularly kept informed of the scheduling and installation of our roof. The crew who installed our roof were respectful of our home and were a really hard working crew. They did a great job. We were not only impressed with the roof installation but after they installed the roof, they did a great job of cleaning up. When they left you would not have known we had just had a new roof installed. I would highly recommend Frisby

Lance Roofing was superb from start to finish. Gary Lance came to the house within 24 hours of contacting them to assess the leak damage. Within another 24 hours I had two very professionally repaired estimates -- one for a complete new roof which was 30% less than another company and a second estimate to repair and reseal the roof. They came in and did the initial repairs within days of my signing the contract, but had to wait almost another week because of NONSTOP rain to reseal the roof. I've had no leak problems since and was extremely pleased with them

they came out on a Saturday to look at problem, determine a solution and provide free estimate. Found type of existing vent for bath exhaust installed on semi-flat roof they had seen problems with in past. Repair went great; they replaced with proper vent for type of roof. There were two vents replaced. They put down IceDam and sealant around area. While under roof I had them replace duct to the vent and also added plywood to allow me to access attic area easier. Also some added insulation in an area that had been damaged. Ben was easy to work with, knowledgeable, fit this small project into a busy schedule so he had a warm winter day to do roofing

Wonderful experience and opened my eyes to what benefits homeowners insurance truly has that we need to take advantage of. Tom, the sales/claims specialist we were lucky enough to work with from Continental was able to work with our insurance company, and get us a new roof by only paying our deductible. Can not say enough about how easy he made the process and was sure we were completely comfortable with the decision making process without any pressure. Roofers arrived promptly in the morning and were done by mid evening, working extremely efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work. I highly recommend going with Continental if you are having any issues with your roof, and if you aren't sure about insurance, they will figure it out for you and put your mind at ease

They came in a timely manner. Very respectful and polite when working. Everyday after they were finished for the day, they would clean up what they could. I never felt I had to worry about nails being left on the ground and this was definitely something I worried about since I have two small children. The workers were very courteous and astute. There were a couple of issues along the way, for example, our original gutter guards had gotten ruined in the process and they were not to be replaced, but Thrush replaced them free of charge. We had asked them to add a down spout to one of the corners of our home and they replaced the wrong one, but again, Thrush came out the next day and added the down spout and left the other spout free of charge. Thrush was professional from the start. Our sales Consultant, Rich Applegate was polite and since he mostly dealt with me (wife), I never once felt he talked down to me nor treated me any different than he would a man. He made sure I was happy with the product and the choices I made. I never felt pressured to buy or upgrade. He came one evening after hours so that my husband could be there for when we finalized the purchase. He was quick to respond to e-mails. I was very pleased with the whole process. Rich, was wonderful to work with. The roofers/workers did a fantastic job!!! Mr. Thrush himself came out to do a follow up to make sure my husband and I were fully satisfied with the job. And we are! we absolutely love our new roof and siding. Thank you Thrush for an amazing experience and job well done!!

Very professional. Dan and Jeff have done two jobs for us, one a kitchen ceiling, and the other a pipe issue under our mobile home. For the ceiling job, they took out the old, put in new insulation, ramped up the beams, did drywall, trim, and paint (in my pic, I have to finish the grey, that's not their fault lol), and put up two new light fixtures. When they finished our ceiling, they hauled away all the old stuff, and cleaned up the floor. They are honest, dependable, rates are fair - Dan always makes sure you know where every penny is going, with a detailed bill. The pipe issue: Jeff took videos of the leaks under the house so that we could be informed .. before and after videos, which protects us and them. I really appreciated this! Repeat customer, and we would hire them again

To be honest there were problems. They did a wonderful job, but I had a leak around the fireplace thing. I cried because this is why I put a new roof on. They came back until the roof was completely fixed. It took a while, but I have to say they addressed it very cordially. They said, "we'll keep doing what needs to be done until it's right, even if we have to tear it off and do it over again."
