They arrived on time, did the job - they finished in 4 hours and I had to do some convincing to get them to do some more trimming on another tree, even though they still owed me an hour of work. They were very careful with landscaping (no plants were broken or destroyed) and left the site very clean

I strongly recommend Aly's tree service. Aly arrived promptly as scheduled to give an estimate. He walked my property as we identified trees and shrubs, and explained to me what type of trimming he would recommend and why. He also gave me a copy his licensing paperwork, arborist certification, and insurance. I wanted my tree trimming done correctly, so the arborist certification was important to me. We have a 100' redwood that needed work, so I considered the job fairly dangerous and did not want to harbor any liability myself. Every time I contacted Aly via telephone or email he and his team were responsive. Aly's crew of 5 people came on the prescribed date to my property. Two of Aly's son's were in the crew. They spent time before starting work to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted done. They spoke perfect English and were good communicators. They were on the property for about five hours, trimming and removing trees and stumps. They were careful around the irrigation system and did not cause any damage. The cleaned up, raked, and removed all the mess made by tree trimming and wood chipping. They even cleaned any debris that had found its way into the neighbor's yard. At the end, before leaving, Robert (the crew chief) walked the property with me to make sure the job had been performed to my satisfaction. I asked for one tree to be cut back a couple more feed, and he happily performed the work and cleaned up again. I'll be using them again, no question

He asked me all the right questions to make sure we were 100% on the same page and we were both confident about what the end result was going to be. They also advised me on how to protect any plants that might get hurt from falling branches and made sure everything was 'right' before beginning. They finished the job quickly and they did an absolute PERFECT job (and I am extremely picky). This large tree was significantly reduced and thinned evenly, so that from every angle it looks even and clean. The estimator, Rafael, provided an estimate in February. Work was scheduled abut 2 months later in late March mostly because they were booked out for several weeks. I was given a window of time for the work the day before the scheduled appointment. The crew performed work as requested. The cuts were clean and appear to be healing well. The foreman asked to feedback to be sure everything we needed was accomplished. They pruned 2 trees for building clearance, lowered the crowns on 2 trees, lowered to height of 2 large bushes, and thinned the crown of one tree. They used a blower to clean the surfaces. They ground down the trimmed vegetation and hauled it away

Oak tree directly behind residence that I requested removal of to establish a safe fire perimeter from my home and also requested numerous evergreen trees and a few select oak trees pruned that were in an un-managed community property below me.
