"There were sometimes delays in nailing down the dates for the work, but once scheduled, the work was done in a very professional and timely manner.  I was surprised at how quickly the work was accomplished - one day for all of the paver work; half day for the hydrangea pruning; and one full day for the pergola work.  I very much appreciated that the workers cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished and I am happy with the work performed. <br /> Pricing for each of the jobs was very reasonable. <br /> Paul is very personable and knowledgeable and makes sure you understand exactly what will be done.  I would definitely use them again. <br />show more

"I have used TruGreen for over thirty years, but over the past two years they have killed my lilac trees twice. I told them before when they killed the last one and they did nothing about it. I love lilacs and this is the second time I have tried to replace it. Half of the side that they spray is gone. Every year that I put in a new one, they kill it again. This may be the game changer after thirty years of using them. The last time they did it, I put in a new tree and I knew when they were coming out, and I had to hang a sign on my tree that said not to spray around that bush. This year, I didn't put that sign around the tree, and they killed it.  I can't go out there and start digging up a tree again. They need to buy us a new tree and dig up the two they have killed. They need to step up this time. They didn't the last time. They didn't accept responsibility. I don't think they know they killed it even though they come out and see that my tree is half dead again. It is the side that they spray. I am tired of it and they owe us a new lilac tree. I don't think they are going to quit killing my tree until they are responsible for taking up the two old trees that they killed and putting in a new one. Then they will then own that bush and take responsibility for it. As long as we are the ones putting in the new ones, they don't care.  Personally, if it hadn't been for the tree, I would give them all A's. We have had good service for thirty years if not more. I am debating on using them again. If they don't take responsibility for the tree, I will not use them. If they take care of my tree, I would use them.show more
