They also interfaced very well with other contractors (stone masons, irrigation specialists, tree crews, land survey crews, etc.) In short, Gardens by the Yard knows how to achieve a great result and they did. We anticipate that the full impact of our project won't be known until Spring 2023, but we expect it to be a very good one
- MasonWorks LLCI worked with Masonworks in May 2022 on a big project to completely re-do my patio around my inground pool, driveway wall, and two sets of steps. I had a great experience from start to finish, primarily working with Bruno as my main point of contact. I’m a first-time homeowner who was taking on my first significant project at the house. I asked a lot of questions before I decided to partner with Masonworks on the project and Bruno was consistently helpful, timely, and patient in his responses. The project required coordinating with a fence installation company, as I was also putting up a new vinyl fence around the patio. Bruno came onsite a 2nd time before we signed our contract so he could meet with the fence company and make sure everyone was aligned on the plan. Also, I was allowed to go into their office in Woburn to see the pavers in person before finalizing my choice, which I appreciated. The work started on time and progressed as expected, which was important to me due to the coordination with the fence company and trying to keep the whole project on track. Bruno’s crew was respectful of the property and did a great job with the project. Towards the end of the job, Bruno and I did a walkthrough together and created a final punch list. His crew addressed all of the items on the punch list and the patio looks great. We received a lot of compliments from our neighbors while the patio was being constructed (it was visible to the whole neighborhood before the new fence was installed). I would definitely go with Masonworks again for future projects

"Mr. Feliciano did a great job and is a true craftsman. He was the first to respond and gave us a fair estimate and said he could fit us in the next week, much sooner than we had hoped. "The project went very well. Adelino replaced about 30 feet of a concrete apron along the side of our 120 year old house. The apron was badly cracked and had separated from the foundation which I believe was the cause of water leaking into our basement. He was able to recycle the original concrete, added wire mesh and covered it with new concrete that was placed and set above our expectations. We were impressed with the quality of work and Adelino's insistence on completing it to highest of standards including the cleanup of the yard. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for other masonry work.

"It was one of the best experiences for us dealing with any contractors for various types of work/projects in the last 10 years!
We used Ebenezer Landscape Inc. to replace our old driveway and walking path with pavers, build drainage and dry well at the entrance to our garage, rebuild entrance to our house with granite landing, steps and porch above the entrance. Later, we added additional landscaping work with cobblestones, planting new and moving existing plants.
Leonardo and his team did a great job completely transforming the front of our house. Jason, the lead for granite and pavers part of the project and Leo the lead for carpenters for porch part are definitely high-level Pros. They not just did their job, but made some advices to improve the original idea and make it even better. Leonardo managed his team taking care about timely delivery of materials and supplies and was always available for most important timely decisions. Our driveway is connecting to the road under the angle and on a slope. Leonardo made a few important engineering decisions on how to play with slopes on the driveway to handle the water from rain during the summer and hopefully melting snow during the winter.
Ebenezer Landscaping quote wasn’t the cheapest out of four quotes we received, but Leonardo convinced us during initial phase that his company is the best for our project and that they will do it with best quality and best timeline. His team actually beat his original estimate of 10 days to complete the project and made it in 8 days. These people have been working very hard and long hours and always taking care about cleaning in the end of each working day.
Overall, we had a great experience working with Leonardo and his team. We think they did an excellent job with quality materials at a good price. We would highly recommend the Ebenezer for your masonry and landscaping projects.

"They were great! Excellent response time. Christine was very nice and called me back immediately every time. The estimate was timely, detailed and very professional. Because the price was so reasonable I have money left in the budget to get new glass doors on the old fireplace. Mike was very patient and professional with all my questions and made suggestions about the cap and he caulked all around the flashing on the roof side where he thought I might have been getting water. He also repointed some bricks around the firebox in the kitchen. The crew were very polite and worked so hard during a very hot spell. The couple of times that I went out to ask a question they always smiled. Mike was there every evening to check on the work and made sure I was happy. They made a very scary project easy and painless. Thank you so much! See you when I need the other chimney done. :)
