    With a new grandson making his entrance soon, getting my flooring deep cleaned was a priority! I looked at several companies, but many fell short of what I wanted. I was looking for eco friendly, quick dry time without the “crunchy” residue that’s often left behind. ZEROREZ checked all my boxes!! HIGHLY recommend! Quick & simple scheduling process with accurate estimate provided. Service scheduled for completion within just a few days! Great communication with ETA and arrived in the time allowed. Upon arrival to my home Les assessed my carpet for pet stains (we are leasing) from previous tenants. He took the time to show me what he observed and gave me his professional recommendation of what was needed and the best cleaning methods to keep my newly cleaned carpets & tiles clean for the long term. No pressure up front pricing which matched my estimate, other than my request to add the pet treatment. My invoice was based on 4 carpeted bedrooms with walk in closets and tile throughout the rest of the home. Les was friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job!
