I’m giving 3 stars for repairing the washing machine in a very timely manner. However, I wasn’t home on the second day that Giovanni came over with the part to do the repair ( another person was here and let him in). When I arrived home I noticed a plate was sitting on the dryer and a loose screw was in the washing machine. I texted him several times over the next week plus and I called ( voicemail was full) but there was zero response ( and still no response a month later). I understand that he is very busy but it was unprofessional to not return the texts or calls and the plate and screw is still not back in the machine. I could not recommend him based on leaving these parts out and the subsequent complete lack of response to my attempts to contact.

Definitely will use them again. Anthony was prompt, realistic and very nice. He didn't try to sell any unnecessary repairs and explained what my options were. Highly recommend!

My washer would not start. Bob and Austin showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad connection to the motor. They fixed it and then showed me how to repair the problem myself should it happen again. Extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Badger Bob's and use them again for all my appliance needs.

We were happy he came as quick as he did. Our LG washing machine needed a new 5 way valve. Unfortunately he did NOT connect the hot & cold hoses correctly when he was finished. When we thought we were washing in cold water it was hot, all the rinses that are normally done in cold water were HOT!! Thank goodness we were able to disconnect the hoses ourselves & reconnect them correctly.

Works Fine. Machine is older model and needed part wasn't available, but they found another way to fix it. Gave me tips if problem occurs again. I will definitely call Arnie's for major appliance needs in future. Very helpful on phone prior to service visit and at house. Top Notch Professionals!!!

Technician knew thecoriblem and solution and also adviced that another repair would be needed soon. I authorized both of them to be done. He hot the other part and installed it as well. Very well mannered and knowledgable tech. I am extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism.

He discovered that certain buttons were only halfway depressed, but looked like they were engaged.

I CALLED ARNIE AND HE SENT ONE OF HIS REPAIRMEN TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL. I WAS ABLE TO DO MY WASH THE SAME DAY! THE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME WAS ARNIE'S SON. HE HAD THE PART NEEDED TO FIX THE MACHINE ON HIS TRUCK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUICK RESPONSE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.

Washer wouldn't drain. Hubby called me in Boise, ID (from FL). I searched Angies List and chose Belspeed. Texted him the contact info. Next thing I know hubby calls saying washer is fixed! He called, talked to Belspeed over the phone about the problem. Owner called to discuss a bit further then came right after his last appointment and brought the part with him. Quickly opened the machine up removing just a few screws (the right ones!) and installed a new lid switch in nothing flat. Took care of draining the water and cleaning up. Told us our washer is a workhorse and that most of the time the only thing that breaks is the lid switch. Gave us 20% off for being Angie's customers without even asking. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very pleased.

The machine wasn’t washing or spinning. Jimmy arrived within the allotted window and discovered that the drain line was kinked. He quickly fixed it and at a fair price. We’ll certainly keep this company in mind should future needs arise.

Our washing machine broke down during the holiday. When Prompt Appliance Services, Inc. repaired our refrigerator in June, their service was fantastic, so we called them right away and had an appointment that Friday. Justin arrived on time, figured out the problem, had the parts needed to fix it and had it fixed and running again in a short time. Great service. Very professional.

Sunday I had water all over the floor surrounding my washing machine. I couldn't believe it. First thing Monday morning I called to set up an appointment thinking they would be able to come out Wednesday or Thursday. They said he could be out between 9:00 and 11:00 that morning. He ended up coming even earlier than that. He was very polite. Great introduction. He went right to the machine, went through the cycles, and he found that the belt was about to wear out. It had jumped the cycle and that's why the water had come out of the machine. He replaced the belt. The cost was unbelievable. We had talked to Sears previously about fixing our it and it was an easy $80.00 just to come into the house. He was less than $100.00 for the belt, parts, driving time, labor. I would rate him top A. He told us, too, that he does dishwashers, water heaters, refrigerators. We will definitely be using him again. He was really good.

Called a bunch of people to get estimates and these guys showed up promptly, but I had forgotten I scheduled somebody different. They were gracious about the mix up, including the technician that showed up. Very professional people.
